At the consistory meeting, held on April 8, the following men were nominated for office bearers. For (2) elders: Mark Arnoudse, Tom Moerdyk, Dwight Prince and Ron Rittner. The terms of elders Ron Rittner and Andy VandenToorn are expiring. For (2) deacons: Gerrit Kleyn, Roger Osmun, Dave Pronk and Eric Wielhouwer. The terms of deacons Dwight Prince and Roger Osmun are expiring. The consistory presents this list for the memberships prayerful consideration, with a vote schedule to take place at our annual membership meeting held May 1, 2013 at 7:30. The consistory recommends to your reading the fresh republication of Rev. Wisse, Christs Ministry in the Christian. This is an instructive and heart-warming book on how Christ administers His three offices in the heart of a sinner whom God is saving. Perhaps some might wish to study it as a group. Several copies are available from the table in the Narthex.

Everyone is encouraged to come to this Pinterest evening as we will be making crafts for the upcoming Word & Deed auction in September. This will be our last meeting of the season and we hope to resume in October. April 28 (Sunday) 4:15 PM Youth Group meets. Snack: Jacqueline April 30 - (Tuesday) 12:30 PM Ladies fold laundry at Christian Rest home. May 1 (Wednesday) 7:30 PM Congregational meeting for male members. May 4 (Saturday) 7 AM Mens Breakfast Bible Study at the Rainbow Grill in Hudsonville. May 8 (Wednesday) 6:30 PM Boys & Girls Club Finale. Everyone is invited and dinner is provided. - From The Consistory Visitors, welcome! We hope you are blessed through worshiping with us this Lords Day. Today, Pastor Lawrence Bilkes will conduct the morning service and Dr. Jerry Bilkes will conduct the evening service. This morning, the sacrament of Holy Baptism will be administered to Luke Theodore, son of Chris and Heather Engelsma and to Eliza Katherine, daughter of Stephen and Kimberly Kleyn. Next Sunday, Pastor Mark Kelderman will conduct our worship services, the Lord willing. The Sunday School & Catechism classes (beginners 7 grade) Psalter of the month is #24: 1, 2 & 3. Please review with your children.

- Other News The Heritage Voices Spring Concert will be Friday, April 26 at HNRC at 7:30pm DV. This concert will be recorded to release a CD in the future. Although we want to encourage families to come and enjoy the concert, it will need to be quiet to preserve sound quality. With this in mind, we would ask that parents refrain from bringing young infants to the concert. A collection will be taken for Come Over and Help. Refreshments will be served following.

- Church Family The congregation extends its sympathy to the relatives and friends of Mrs. Harriet Vanden Toorn, who passed away at age 92, this past Tuesday. Harriet was a sister to Dorothy Hitchcock, a sister-in-law to the Al & Howard VandenToorn families, a cousin to Fran Faasse and aunt to the Faasse family.
