Timetable
Art (Year 10) This session provides an opportunity for students to continue and
work on coursework and for/or to spend time on the presentation of
their work.
Biology Exam question practice, examples of past questions and revision of
most areas covered in year 10 and year 11.

Business Studies This is a chance to brush up your knowledge of key business terms.
We will be focusing on past exam papers and exam technique both
at foundation and higher level.
Chemistry Exam question practice, examples of past questions and revision of
most areas covered in year 11

Citizenship An opportunity for students to further their knowledge and

understanding of the topics covered so far this year. This will
include top tips about answering questions about the source
booklet, the long answer questions and key words.
History Session 1 Medicine
Famous contributions to medical development, the people, what
they did and their importance.
Session 2 American West
Looking at past exam papers and developing skills of source
analysis.
Graphics/Resistant Pupils will be given the opportunity to continue revision in
Materials preparation for the exam. This session will focus on the materials,
processes and industrial practices. There will be an opportunity to
go through any other areas that pupils need extra help with.
ICT Year 11 will have the opportunity to use room 49 on any of the days
of that week. You will have access to all the facilities to improve
your year 11 coursework. Arrangements will be made with Mrs
Rome to sign up for time slots.
Languages We will mostly be concentrating on the speaking exam but will also
look at vocabulary for the reading and listening exam.

PE Exam practice, social reasons for participation, looking at past

exam papers. Fitness training principles and the training methods.
Also a quick recap of everything.
Physics Exam question practice, examples of past questions and revision of
most areas covered in Year 11.

Religious This session will focus upon two topics “Good and Evil” and “Death
Education and the Afterlife”. Sessions will involve discussion, working together,
video and advice about how to answer practice questions.
(Year 10)
Textiles Students will be given an opportunity to continue revision in
preparation for the examination. The session will focus upon fibres
and fabrics, smart/modern fabrics and industrial processes. There
will be an opportunity to go through any other areas that students
need extra help with.
