It is inform that we are registered with the Central Excise Department, vide Regn No. AAJFG2514LEM001, for manufacture of (STRUCTURAL STEEL) We intend to send some of our raw material/semi finished (fabricated) material to M/s. Inar Profiles Pvt. Ltd,Survey No:- 42/1, Plot No:- BIT-B ,Industrial Estate, Anakapalle,for galvanization under Rule4(5)(a) of the cenvat Credit Rule,2004, read with Notification No. 214/86 CE. The fabricated material received back by us after processing, which shall be cleared by us on payment of applicable duties/.We are enclosing here with duly filled Annexure 1 for necessary information. In this connection, we hereby undertake that the goods received after job work shall be: Used in or in relation to the manufacture of the final product in our factory Removed without payment of duty from our factory in terms of clause(i) (ii)&(iii) of para(2)(b) of Notification No. 214/86 CE , date 25.03.86 Removed on payment of duty for home consumption from our factory. Further , we shall produce the evidence that the goods have been used or removed in the manner referred above and undertake the responsibilities of discharging the liabilities n respect of the central Excise duty leviable on the final products.
