You can only add a tab in the production order screen.

In the tab view you need to add your z-fields. You need to do that with exit
PPCO0012
Use SE51, enter program name as SAPLXCO1 and screen name as 0100 and create it as sub screen (attributes section).
Click on Layout button create field descriptions and fields. The field names will appear in element list tab.
You can control these field (if you want allow input or make them grey out) in the include ZXCO1O01
You can add up to 8 extra fields for production order

Inspection type 08 is just a Stock transfer inspection; you can use this from stock transfer within Plant/ another plant, from 1 sloc to other
sloc. Inspection type 08 is better than 05.

Go to QCC4 -> Inspection Characteristic, Inspection Method -> Define Default Values for Control Indicators
Click on new entries, Enter Control key say z200, tick on Quanti. chara., Enter short text
Enter -> Maintain the required fields SAY- "Qualitative insp. char., Summarized recording, Optional char., ScpNotFixed"
Save your entry .After this setting, when you go for creation of MIC in preset indicator enters z200, you will see the defaults under control
indicator.
