Ease of maintenance.
For lamp changing, it
is only necessary to unlatch the reflector which is held in place by three internal torsion springs. Tho refrecror is pulled doqn cnd lwo torsiot. springs reieased, which allow the reflector to hang in place on the third spring (see photo). After relamping, the springs are re-engaged and the reflector pushed up and latched.

point-source reflection of open-bottom H.l.D. luminaires may cause some reflected glare problems. Spreading the light
over a large surlace arca with Lobay will limit this glare and produce a more comlortable environlnent. Another exanple is the Clean Room, whcre very high light levels are generalLy necded to accomplish jntricale tasks. The large number of fluorescents needed to achieve these Levels creates very high ceilproblems when technicians look up from their work. Lobay solves the problem with far lewer, 1ow brightness fixtures.

Lobay Js also specially well-suited for lood processing areas because the lotally enclosed E&C unit can be hosed down. All 400w units are U.L. listed lor 40'C (104"F) operation, assuring long ballast
life.
Some typical applications where Lobay may be used to advantage include:
lower efliciency, but also, because these lamps are sensitive to heat build-up, their light output goes down as the interior of the enclosed fixture heats up.
