(2b) Identify production process of an organization and plan for manufacturing. Production Process of an organization :

Step 1: Milk powder, sugar and water are mixed, and then it is filtered sterilization in large tank. Step 2: Liquid milk is prepared in sterilized at high temperature in a short time. Then the solution is transported through pipes system and valve to large fermentation tank.

Step 3: Bacterial L. Casei Shirota is admitted to the fermentation tanks. After some time, fermentation tanks have billions of bacteria and the juice of tank is thick. Then the mixture is identified. Step 4: Products after the anabolism will be transferred to large tanks containing sugar bath. Step 5: That solution is diluted with sterile distilled water (which has been treated by UV) Step 6: Polystyrene plastic bottles are produced in factories by machine bottle. The polystyrene resin is heated and molded as Yakult bottle. Then they are transferred to larger sterile containers Step 7: Each bottle will be labeled include the name of Yakult and nutritional ingredients. Step 8: Each bottle is filled with 65ml Yakult. Then the bottles will be capped with red and silver aluminum foil. Then it is ejected in the lids bottles. Step 9: 5 bottles will be enclosed into a pack in a thin polypropylene plastic. 10 packs will be packed into a case Step 10: Last product will be transported to cold storage at 5 C and the product is saved at the warehouse in one day. Step 11: Product must attain standard by the Ministry of Health. Step 12: Product will be distributed to the center of Yakult and moved to consumers
