Some guidelines followed for selecting the assessment methods are as follows : 1 Use multiple methods to assess each PO 2 Include both direct and indirect measures 3 Include qualitative as well as quantitative measures 4 Select at least two measures for each PO one of which is direct 5 Specify criteria for success in the form of percentages, percenties,- averages etc. Step 3. Collect the data The overall strategy is to gather many different kinds of information, incliding quantitative and qualitative data both from internal and external sources. The objective of the assessment is to primarily confirm that the students of EEE program are achieving the desired outcomes but also to look for quality measures. Faculty members are assigned the responsibility to collect the data. Step 4. Analyze the results After collecting the evidence on student performance, analysis and interpretation of the evidence is carried cut by the faculty members.
