To whom it may concern, As Technical Manager for Arhinet Plus SRL and her Supervisor Architect, I worked in different projects with Stefania for almost two years. During this period I have seen her grow into a creative and responsible architect. Stefania is a quick learner and a hard-working person, who understands exactly what a projects is all about and knows how to get it done in an efficient manner. During her two years as an intern, there was no instance of missing a deadline, even this meant working late into the night, during the weekends or beeing found at her desk by the sunrise. She is an inspired, yet very realistic person, able to see practical solutions and to find innovative approaches. She is an optimist and has a lot of patience, taking care of all the details. Stefania proves persistance, she is eager to progress. And still she manages to bring the smile on everyones face.

That is why, based on my work experience with her, I strongly reccomend Stefania as a pleasant, serious, hardworking part to any architectural team.
