INTORDUCTION
This service manual/parts list outlines the procedures to be followed when installing, maintaining and servicing the CP-40FA II /CP-43FA II/CP-47L/CP-40SP Processing Kit for the Fujifilm Digital Minilab FRONTIER 330 SLP800SC. This manual is a professional publication provided for qualified service personnel or persons fully trained in equipment service procedures. All other personnel and operators are restricted from servicing the SLP-800SC. When maintenance service is needed, be sure to contact qualified service personnel. Precautions Generally Applying to All Servicing Operations
!

WARNING

When servicing internal machine parts, make sure the power switch and the main power supply on the power distribution board are both set to the OFF position. If the main power is left ON, electricity will flow as far as the power switch and power supply section, and this can cause electric shocks and/or short-circuiting. If the power is left on, there is also the possibility for the machine to maybe accidentally activated causing damage to the machine and/or bodily injury.
!

CAUTION

The light source section and dryer will be hot to the touch. Wait 15 minutes after turning off the power before commencing with servicing procedures. Wear gloves when handling the optical system parts to keep the parts free from fingerprints. When mounting machine parts, take care not to sandwich any of the wires. Each of the connectors is provided with a symbol indicating what it is to be connected to. Make sure the connectors are connected to the connectors, harness ends or parts bearing the corresponding symbols. The plastic connectors have a locking catch on the plug (male) end. To disconnect one of these connectors, loosen the catch first; to connect, make sure the catch engages (locks).

5. PARTS LIST
USING PARTS LISTS AND EXPLODED VIEW ILLUSTRATIONS Select the necessary replacement parts or assemblies referring to the pertinent section in the exploded view drawing of the equipment. Parts which are shaded are supplied as assemblies and should remain integrated as originally assembled. The numbers of the exploded drawings correspond to the drawing reference numbers in the parts lists page opposite. Select the numbers and names of required parts from the parts lists. When ordering parts, not only the part number and name, but also the equipment name and serial number should be included with the order. The Part No. Index List at the end of the Parts List includes the numbers of all equipment parts in ascending order, along with the Exploded Drawing Index Nos. and Drawing Nos. Names of fasteners, such as screws and washers, are abbreviated in the exploded drawings. For metal fasteners specifications see the "Standard Marking System for Metal Fasteners" page. The introduction of improved parts may in certain instances result in part number changes without prior notice. NOTE1 The numbers indicated in the Parts List "Qty" column designate the quantity of a particular part incorporated in a single piece of equipment. lt should be noted, however, that some parts may appear more than once in a parts list. NOTE2 For increased viewability, every number assigned to an assembly shown in an exploded view is indicated by a white numeral on a black backgrounde.g., A01 . When ordering, however, use regular numerals e. g. , A01 which appear in parts lists. The one-year guarantee does not apply to the parts marked with the symbol "" which include consumables. The parts marked with an open circle "o" can be repaired for reuse. When ordering replacements for parts to be repaired, add "-K" to the part numbers. Example:The replacement for part No. "A319A8210913" to be repaired should be ordered as "A319A8210913-K. " Please see to it that parts marked with "o" are returned together with repair slips, when their replacements are received. NOTE3 AII parts marked with "" or "" are always available. Other parts may not always be in stock, resulting in delayed delivery. NOTE4 The parts marked with "" in the part list indicates a product, not a part. When ordering, refer only to the product name abbreviations given in the part number column. NOTE5 Parts and products marked by a plus (+) sign are subject to export restrictions as set forth in the Japanese law governing foreign exchange and foreign trade. An export permit must therefore be obtained in accordance with this law before any of these items may be taken out of the country. This law is applicable within Japan. NOTE6 The type and manufacturer's name are given in the column of Remarks for information. The parts may not fit all machines so they should be ordered by referring to part numbers. NOTE7 Symbols A and B in the Remarks column indicate "common parts" between the machines indicated below.
Symbol A B Model Laser Printer/Paper Processor LP1500SC and LP2000SC Laser Printer/Paper Processor LP2500P

CAUTION
The Parts List is intended for exclusive use by technical service personnel authorized by Fuji Photo Film Co. , Ltd.including personnel to whom technical servicing is commissioned by Fuji Photo Film Co. , Ltd. To avoid possible electric shock or other personal injury, no person other than the authorized technical service personnel is allowed to attempt to gain access to the interior of the equipment by screwing the cover or other parts off. Use of the Parts List by anyone else but the authorized technical service personnel is forbidden.
