EXPERIENCE Special Effects Flawless Show reel Created using After Effects and Cinema 4D. With a 3D city created in Cinema 4D, assets are composited onto different parts of the city such as buildings, roofs and floors. It was vital for this project that a workflow between Cinema 4D and After Effects was established along with having a basic edit signed off and agreed by the client. Along with sign offs it was important to communicate with the client as its purpose was for their new website. Motion Graphics & Editing Child of Our Time Titles (BBC One) Created using Cinema 4D and After Effects. With multiple story arcs about the different participates the idea was to show them all at the beginning of the title sequence. Using Cinema 4D we made multiple TV shaped boxes and made them all come together. Once we made this we took it into After Effects and assigned the videos onto the screens and add text along with a lens flare. Motion Graphics Pain, Puss and Poison (BBC Four) Created using After Effects to raw footage for transitions. These effects consisted of creating different assets and subtly compositing them on to tracked footage within a scene to keep to a realistic and subtle tone. This project had a lot of specific details that had to be met due to the scientific nature of the documentary. Communicating with professors and clients to reach a conclusion that was both accurate and precise was a crucial part of this project. Corporate/Drama Editing BP 4 Webisodes Edited using Final Cut Pro. Logged shots in Adobe On Location. Image correction in After Effects. During shooting I attended each shoot to give advice on performance from an editing perspective as well as providing services as a runner. This required good communication and organisational skills as well as uploading different versions through out the editing process. This also included fixing exposure problems and adding a tint to the videos. Music Video Editing and Special Effects Jack Robert Hardmans Famous Screentest Student Film Festivals Best Music Video Award 2013 A green screen based music video, using miniature models composited into a scene with actors super imposed into the surroundings. Other previous work: Graphics for BBC Bangladesh, MMA Documentary More Hugs than Thugs and a variety of University projects.
