Powers and Abilities: The Dark Matter / Shadow Material Julicis powers are generally taken from the Shadow source. His influence over dark matter including shadows and darkness itself makes him a more mysterious character. He can magnify

and shape shadows into solid or semi-solid forms. He is known to be the ultimate master of shadows, a quasi-sentient, extra-dimensional mass of malleable darkness which he can channel to various effects, both as an absence of light and a solid substance: he can summon and control "spawns" from there, summon and dispel shields and areas of complete darkness, create all kinds of constructs out of shadows, transport himself and others through it over massive distances, and can, if necessary, use it as a last-ditch prison dimension. The darkness itself and the shadow spawns can be both created out of small amount of shadow material. Julici has perfectly mastered the conjuration of a shadow homunculus which is able to enter peoples body and merging with their shadows. Julici can affect his targets physical body (movement and physical control) by means of touching their shadows through physical or shadow contact. This gives Julici an opportunity to defeat his targets in a distance by simply assaulting their shadows. His physical and spiritual fields are abundant with Dark matter and Dark energy which are both influences of the Dark Powers. Valefars real body is of an eight year old child but he is a huge Minotaur like skeletal knight while in an avatar form. Powers and Abilities: The Dark Energy / Death Aura Valefar is an expert in the transmutation of matter, forces and energies. He is a warrior with the unique ability to absorb energy and use it to augment his strength, speed, stamina and recuperation capabilities to superhuman levels. Like any Overlord, Valefars powers are

influenced with Dark Powers. Valefar in his Avatar form is in complete power of the Dark and is affected by the Dark Energy. Valefar uses more of this Dark Energy as reinforcement to his body, a support and a barrier to his physicality. Valefars heavy blows are powerful enough to destroy other force made shields. Valefar grows more powerful once he senses tension, fear, discomfort and misery from the environment. He is able to feed on the negative energies released by the people strengthening his Dark Energy. Once Valefar is powerful enough, it is easy for him to channel violent forces from his self to the target. Valefar is far more superior to any Overlord in terms of physical power. Valefar's true ability enables him to absorb all forms of radiant or conductive energy that are directed towards him and to release that energy from his body. This power is passive, allowing Valefar to absorb energy at all times. When he releases the energy, he can release it in many different forms, usually as concussive blasts of bio-kinetic energy or a small amount of nuclear force even amplified compared to the absorbed amount. Valefar can also store absorbed energy within his personal reserves, whereupon the energy increases his strength and recuperative abilities, as well as affording him a measure of invulnerability and for the regeneration of his damaged cells. He is also able to absorb Light Energy and the psychic energies of Mentalists as easily as all the other kinds. However, this does not prevent him from being read or manipulated by a telepath but only sustains him and helps him to slow them down. His powers make it difficult to harm him with energy-based attacks; however, he can become overloaded from absorbing too much energy, though his upper limits are unknown, even to himself. He is, however, partially vulnerable to psychic and dimensional attacks. Valefar is highly resistant on physical injury, energy and nonenergy based damage that even drugs, poison and medium explosions cannot harm him. Valefar rarely bleeds when attacked since he is usually on Avatar state. Once Valefar starts to bleed, his blood will solidify and turn into another protective compound on his skin and the wound will eventually heal. Valefars body can easily adapt to pain from any form of attack. If Valefar receives a series of piercing, cutting and thrusting, the energy from these attacks will be absorbed in Valefars adaptive body which will later make it difficult to hurt him with these types of attacks. Valefars real form is an eight year old child with high energy based powers and with few ghost abilities including phasing and mimicry. Valefar excels in physical strength, armed combat, heavy weaponry, resistance and defense, energy transmutation, energy manipulation and physical reinforcement. Powers and Abilities: The Dark Spirit / 7th Sense Marcus overall abilities rely on his hands. Marcus possesses the ability to absorb the psyche and abilities of another human being through physical contact or spiritual collision. Marcus can absorb the memories, knowledge, talents, personality, power, physical abilities, ailments or simply their physical energy (whether superhuman or not) of the person he touches, as well as occasionally duplicating in himself the physical characteristics of his victim or reinforcing himself with the power attained. The victim's abilities and memories are absorbed for seconds of contact, touching them too long will probably kill his targets. The victim loses those abilities and memories for exactly the amount of time that Marcus possesses them depending on Marcus level of intention. It may be simply imitated, temporarily weakened or removed, or permanently absorbed by him. This absorption usually leaves the victim weakened, and sometimes renders them unconscious. Not only that, once Marcus touched his target all information that body has to offer will be absorbed in Marcus thoughts. This will allow Marcus to perfectly know the current condition, capacity, talent, thought and structure of the target moments after the absorption. Marcus is also able to influence his targets according to his level of contact or transfer his previously absorbed elements to a new target. Empusa is a head of small organizations which had to do with the assassination of other company heads. Empusa is one of the keepers of the dark secrets of Neptune having the knowledge of almost anything within the company. She is a parapsychologist, physicist, an astrologist and a sociologist. Powers and Abilities: The Dark Force / Black Core Empusa has great influence in terms of spatial and dimensional influence. She is able to manipulate motion, gravity, force and matter under the influence of space and time. She is very versatile in terms of manipulation and materialization. Empusas power is greatly influenced with the Dark Forces enabling her to create vacuum like black holes out of nothing, conjure force made balls out of thin air and levitate objects around her to an extent of changing the objects density and movement. Her telekinetic strength and skill are both of an extreme high level, capable of grasping objects in Earth orbit and manipulating hundreds of components in mid-air in complex patterns. She also manifests "telekinetic sensitivity" (with the use of her sight based Iris powers) to objects in her immediate environment that lets her feel the texture of objects, their molecular patterns, feel when other objects come into contact with them, and probe them at a molecular level. Empusas prowess as a space manipulator plus her expertise with the Dark Force gives her a good advantage against other psychics and force users. Her interaction with the dark side of the cosmos gave her much power to withstand any form of force and power. Empusa basically uses conjured orbs charged with Dark Force as her offense. Empusa can only affect the physical and dimensional spaces of her targets with her Dark Force not affecting their mind and astral fields although she can still damage them with her few telepathic powers. Empusa can stop any powerful movement in space in a single stare. As long as Empusas eyes are open, her environment is her weapon. Powers and Abilities: The Dark Element / Violent Particle Drakkar has the ability to shape shift into a dragon and have obtain all a dragons attributes and powers in both human and dragon form. Drakkar has a reactive adaptation/evolution instinct like Valefar which develops a resistance or immunity to whatever they were injured by or exposed to. This ability takes temporary effect on the Drakkar. Drakkar has enhanced agility, speed, reflexes, coordination, balance, strength, resistance, hyper-keen senses, and superhumanly acute night vision and sense of smell and hearing. He also has retractable claws, and the ability to emit specific mind/mood-altering pheromones at will. He is able to charge his attacks with burning energy which severely damages his targets. Drakkar is a brilliant natural athlete and acrobat, and skilled hand-to-hand combatant, trained in various forms of armed and unarmed combat known in the world of Martial Arts. He is also an expert marksman, and is knowledgeable in the operation of a wide variety of weaponry, techniques and secrets of the Ancient and locations of most important targets in the Society. With the influence of the Dark Element, Drakkars knowledge in the astral planes grew powerful along with his prowess in modern-day sorcery, able to hex or curse targets, summon relics and sentries for both aiding and harming and apply traps and seals for different purposes. Powers and Abilities Errand is classed as a casual fighter who has dedicated much of her life to the art, being referred to by some as the greatest empty handed fighter and practitioner of kenjutsu alive. Once a target touches Veilkira in this state, her energy will eventually cause a minor headache to the target. Veilkiras trademark trait was her affinity with snakes that, in addition to impacting the appearance and composition of her features, and granting her the ability to stretch and bend her body and extend her limbs to abnormal lengths, shed her skin to recover from injuries and to take on the snake signature move in battle, she is able to bite her targets with a powerful pressure and an additional injection of poison in their bloodstream. One such ability was being able to summon giant snakes to fight alongside her in battle, made possible by the summoning contract tattooed on her arms. With her Serpent Conjuration Ability, Veilkira could instantly conjure snakes of various type vomited from her mouth to attack opponents in large numbers. Besides the offensive expertise, Fussil is also an expert escapologist and con-artist. In superhuman based prowess, Fussils ability the Image Mark allows his energy to expand and duplicate his movements. He is able to create multiple images of himself when moving or cause his swords to multiply when he juggles them at a fast rate. These images are physically materialized in the real world and are able to affect physical objects although these conjurations will last for seconds. He is able to summon animal shaped creatures by compounding elements into a higher form and giving it the ability to move. Nizu is able to conduct hypnosis to anyone who is weaker than his will power. Nizu can generate crystal like forces which can cut enemies into pieces. Nizus specializes in wards, traps, seals and hexes.

Ross real power is the generation of the Flaerian Flame, the mixture of the Pecado based flames, the Colosial Fire and the Faligmata which is the same as of Keirans. Auburos Demi Miage-nyd (?), also better known as Mikoshi-nyd, is a kind of ykai, a Japanese mythological creature. It's a vaguely human-shaped spirit that looks taller the more one looks

up to it - in other words, the more one fears it. If a person stares into a miage-nyd's eyes long enough, they will die.

Kamaitachi (?) is a Japanese ykai, most common in the Kshin'etsu region. There are several conceptions of how it looked or operated, but the most common is one of a trio of weasels with sharp claws, riding on a gust of wind and cutting people's skin on the legs. According to this interpretation, the first weasel knocked the unsuspecting victim down, the second cut the victim's flesh and the third applied medication to the wounds, so that at the time the victim realised what was happening they were left only with painful wounds that weren't bleeding. Sometimes the three are described as brothers, sometimes as triplets. This account can be traced back to Toriyama Sekien, who was presumably also the first to imagine the apparition to have the form of a weasel. The weasel was a typical Toriyama pun - one of the folk names for the apparition was kamaetachi (), meaning "attacking" which he changed slightly to mean "sickle weasel". Raij (,"thunder animal" or "thunder beast") is a legendary creature from Japanese mythology. Its body is composed of lightning and may be in the shape of a cat, fox, weasel, or wolf. The form of a white and blue wolf (or even a wolf wrapped in lightning) is also common. It may also fly about as a ball of lightning (in fact, the creature may be an attempt to explain the phenomenon of lightning). Its cry sounds like thunder.

Amemasu () or -amemasu () is a giant whale- or fish-like creature from Ainu folklore. It lives in Lake Mashu in Hokkaid and capsizes boats, creates earthquakes and causes other disasters. In one tale, the amemasu swallows a deer that has come down to the lake to drink, but the deer's antler tears open the great fish's belly and kills it. The amemasu's enormous corpse then blocks up the lake and puts it in danger of flooding. A god in the form of a bird warns the people in villages nearby. The villagers upstream escape to higher ground, but the people downstream, not believing the bird, find the amemasu's body and drag it out of the lake, after which the water comes rushing out with such force that everything downriver is washed away. That area is now the flat Konsengen'ya plain. Amemasu is also a name given to the white-spotted char, Salvelinus leucomaenis leucomaenis.
