Manyideashavebeenflyingaroundthepressforhowtofixtheproblem:buildanewfacility,refurbishand expandtheexistingfacility,orgrantparole(earlyrelease)tocurrentinmatestomakemorespace.Every optionhasaproponentandanopponent,andnonewillbeeasytoconvinceacrossthetable.Presentatthe meetingwillbe8differentperspectivesontheissue,eachwiththeirownagenda.Bytheendofthedayon April17,wewillhaveaproposalforhowtoresolvetheproblem,whichwewillreporttoGovernorCorbett.
