Buddhismcanonlyexistiftheotherpartyiswillingtoreasonanddiscuss.LikeBakhtiyarKhaljiwho issuedaFatwahtoannihilateBuddhists,accordingtoMuslimSharialaw,Buddhistsarenonbelievers anditisthedutyofallmuslimstokillthem.Thus,allviolenceinMyanmarwereinitiatedbytheMuslims; butwereitnotfortheBuddhistsbeinginthemajorityandwillingtotakearms,theywouldhavesuffered thesamefateastheNalandaUniversity.

    Therefore,IamsadtoinformtheesteemedDalaiLama,peryourownguidance,youroffhandedremarks ifintendedtothemonksinMyanmarhavebeentestedandfoundwanting. LETNOTTHEHISTORYOFNALANDAREPEATITSELFAGAIN. Instead,pleasehelpformaninternationalorganizationofpredominantlyBuddhistnationssuchas ASSOCIATIONOFBUDDHISTNATIONS(ABC)orORGANIZATIONOFBUDDHISTNATIONS(OBN) (startingwithSriLanka,Thailand,Cambodia,Laos,Myanmar,Bhutan,JapanandMongolia)notonlyto counterthethreatfromMuslimfundamentalismandotherformsofterrorismbutalsotohaveaunited voiceinworldaffairs.ThequestionregardingChinaandTibetwillneedtobesortedout.Countrieswith lessBuddhistcanbeadmittedonobserverstatus.
