A reminder to the Moms of our Church that Breakfast will be provided for you on Mothers Day in the Fellowship

Hall. Those ladies that are not Moms will be invited to join a joint Ladies class that morning for the Sunday School Hour. I hope all Moms will allow us to honor them in this manner on that day. Thank you to those who have already committed to being MATTHEWS. I know God will bless your efforts. Dont know what a Matthew is? It is a couple who has met Jesus and wants to share Him with friends and family in a non threatening way. They simply host a party to show a video or watch a Billy Graham presentation and allow the Holy Spirit of God to do the rest. Training will begin shortly for those wishing to become Matthews. The party will be held in November and God will give the increase. Watch your Builder for training dates and times. Every Sunday is a great day in the Lord at First Baptist and this Sunday will be no exception. I look forward to seeing you then.

Building Update: We are moving right along on the progress of the building. The foundation is dug, poured, and blocks are laid. They have backfilled the slab and the plumbers and electricians have finished their rough in. The slab should be poured by Friday. Things are going great. Continue to pray for smooth and safe construction.
