From the CPE,.Lr.No.11969/2011/CPE/A1 Dt:08.04.2013 --00 ORDER: Under Rule 10(a) of Andhra Pradesh State & Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 the following Assistant Commissioners of Prohibition & Excise are temporarily promoted as Deputy Commissioners of Prohibition & Excise and Government hereby order the following postings with immediate effect: i) Consequent on notional promotion in the panel year 2011-12 in the reference 1st read above, of Smt. V. Anasuya Devi, Chief Manager, IML Depot, Warangal is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Nalgonda in the existing vacancy. Consequent on promotion in the panel year 2012-13 in the reference 2nd read above, Sri V. Satyanarayana, Chief Manager, IML Depot, Wyra, Khammam District is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Adilabad in the existing vacancy. Consequent on promotion in the panel year 2012-13 in the reference 2nd read above, Sri B. Arun Rao, Asst. Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise (Enft), Srikakulam is posted as Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Nizamabad in the existing vacancy.

2. Under Rule 11(b) of A.P. State and Sub-Ordinate Service Rules, 1996 a joining time of (15) days is allowed to join the post from the date of receipt of appointment order. Failure to join the post will forfeit his right/offer for the current panel year. 3. The promotion shall be subject to the outcome of SLPs / WPs /WAs/ OAs / CAs / RPs etc., pending in the Honble Supreme Court / High Court / Administrative Tribunal, as the case may be. 4. The Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, A.P., Hyderabad shall take necessary further action accordingly.
