We are primarily focused on the Cement industry, and have interests in petrochemicals, steel and thermal power generation industry. CEMENT INDUSTRY We are a fully integrated supplier of equipment, systems and services for the cement industry. We offer equipment and consumables for Kiln, Mining, Grinding, Material Handling, and Packaging requirements. We offer services for plant expansion and up gradation, complete turnkey projects, marketing and sales management and human resource management. We also offer bulk material such as clinker, gypsum, fuel, bulk and bagged cement. We represent many international reputed suppliers for the same.

Rotary Kiln Refractory 1. We are marketing agents of The Siam Refractory Industry Co. Ltd., Thailand who are the pioneers in Basic Refractory. They have a capacity of 169,000 MT per annum. SRIC is a fully owned subsidiary of The Siam Cement Group, Thailand with a cement production capacity of about 25 Million MT. 2. We are marketing agents of Dalmia Refractories, who are the leading manufacturers of High Alumina Refractories. They have a capacity of 105,000 MT per annum with three manufacturing units. Dalmia Refractories is a sister concern of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Ltd., having a group cement production capacity of about 12 Million MT. Kiln Burner We supply Swirl Flame Kiln Burner from Singhania Technologists Ltd suitable for multiple and alternative fuels. It provides an adjustable and stable flame shape. With low primary air consumption and efficient fuel air mixing we provide an economical burner. With over 250 installations and supplies to engineering firms like F.L.Smith, Fuller, Humbolt and many cement plants including ACC(Holcim), Grasim, etc. Singhania Technologists Ltd. are the leaders in kiln firing systems.

Grinding and Crushing

We supply the complete range of Wear Resistant Casting and Grinding Media Balls. We supply entire sets of castings, diaphragm and balls for cement mill, raw mill and coal mill. We also supply hammers, vertical mill rollers, kiln plate, and castings for mining and other applications.

Storage and Material Handling

We supply storage, material handling equipment, Silos, Cyclones, Solid Flow Meter for storage requirements. We also supply equipment and spares for Belt Conveyers, Bucket Elevators and Deep Pan Conveyors.

Packaging and Loading

We supply fully automated Rotary Packers with up to 16 spouts. Our packers are most suited for operating in dusty environments with two way data communication. We supply Big Bag Filling Machine and a variety of loading equipment such as Bulk Loading Spout, Wagon and Truck Loading Machines.

Packaging Material
We supply Kraft Paper Sacks from Paper Sacks Factory, a unit of Sharjah Cement & Industrial Development Co., U.A.E. They are leading manufacturers of multi-wall, glued/pasted valve type empty paper sacks for packing of cement with a manufacturing capacity is 120 million empty paper sacks per annum. We supply Ad* Star sacks, Polypropylene Woven sacks, Sandwich sacks and Jumbo sacks from leading manufactures in Middle East and India.

Plant Expansion and Turnkey Projects

We provide complete engineering services for plant expansion and upgrading. Also we can offer complete turnkey projects for bulk cement packing unit, grinding and packing unit, clinkerisation unit, and full new line for cement plant. We represent Holtec Consulting Private Limited, India for engineering project.

Marketing and Sales Management

White Cement: We supply best quality of white cement. Oil Well Cement: We are marketing of oil well cement for off shore and on shore well drilling applications. Others: We supply Clinker, Gypsum, and Coal for cement companies

OTHER INDUSTRIES Petrochemicals We market Polymers for Export from Reliance Industries Ltd. Reliance Industries is a US$ 28 billion company and one of Asias largest manufacturers of Polymers. Masterbatches We Market all kinds of Colour and Additive Masterbatches, Engineering Plastics Blends and Alloys, and Chemicals that are used by plastic manufacturers from Poddar Pigments Ltd. PPL is amongst the largest manufactures in India and has a production capacity of 7500 tpa. Pharmaceutical We supply packaging material and bulk drugs to Pharmaceutical companies such as collapsible aluminium tubes and plastic tubes.
