The self-aligning nut cannot compensate

8 Innovative Lubrication
Separate Lubrication
Gearbox Fluid-Grease:
The gearbox is filled with ZIMM-Fluid-Grease. Sealing is
achieved with the rotary shaft seals. The lubricant is balanced
perfectly to the fast gliding speed of the worm drive.
During normal use, the gearbox has a lifetime lubrication.
Spindle Paste:
The trapezoid thread spindle has a low sliding speed and is
therefore lubricated with a high-adhesion solid lubricant,
ZIMM-Grease-Paste.

ZIMM-Lubricator, Z-LUB
The Z-LUB ZIMM-Lubricator continuously lubricates the
spindle with grease paste.
The Z-LUB is activated when the run-time is set (1 to 12
months at 20°C) (gas generation cell). The filling level can be
viewed all the time in the transparent housing.
