RETHINKING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN - PEOPLE - SEMI OPEN SPACES - OPEN SPACES - PLANTS - CLIMATE - VOIDS THE DESIGN IS FORM BY STACKING UP SETS OF APARTMENTS. THE APARTMENTS DESIGN IS ECHOED THROUGH THE DESIGN WITH 2 APARTMENTS SHARING A SPACE FOR VERANDAHS. THE VERANDAHS ARE SEPARATED BY A VOID AND THIS ALLOWS THE DESIGN TO FORM A VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL INTERACTION BETWEEN THE RESIDENTS, THE SITE, THE BUILDING AND THE MARKET. STACKING - VOIDS ARE CREATED VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY - ALLOWING INTERACTION VERTICALLY AND HORIZONTALLY BETWEEN RESIDENTS - VIEWS ARE MAXIMISED WHILE KEEPING PRIVACY BASIC PLAN - U - SHAPE - ALLOWS INTERACTION VERTICALLY - ALLOWS MAXIMISING OF APARTMENT UNITS - REFLECTS ON APARTMENT PLANS
