Blythe Baxter (voiced by Ashleigh Ball) Blythe is an aspiring fashion artist and designer who along with her

r father, Roger Baxter, move to an apartment in Downtown City above a pet store called the Littlest Pet Shop. Soon after moving into the building, Blythe hits her head and soon discovers that she now has the mysterious talent of being able to talk to and understand animals. Blythe is always ready to help others with their problems whether it's the pets, Mrs. Twombly or her new friends Youngmee, Sue and Jasper. She comes to love (and in the first episode helps save) the Littlest Pet Shop from closing. Blythe has dark brown hair and light blue eyes.

Whittany and Brittany Biskit (voiced by Shannon Chan-Kent) Twins, bullies and all around rich mean girls that seem to envy Blythe. Though not the smartest, this duo is not opposed to using whatever evil scheme they can come up with (and "Daddy's" money) to sabotage Blythe and her friends' endeavors. Whittany and Brittany's father is the owner of Largest Ever Pet Shop, the unfriendly competitor of Littlest Pet Shop. Whittany has black hair and violet eyes and Brittany has white bleached hair and violet eyes.

Mrs. Anna Twombly (voiced by Kathleen Barr) The kind, off-beat owner of the Littlest Pet Shop pet store and day-camp for pets. Mrs. Twombly befriends Blythe and helps her to display and sell her first pet fashion collection. Mrs. Twombly loves animals and making them feel at home in Littlest Pet Shop. She also enjoys collecting doorknobs and occasionally compulsive cleaning. Mrs. Twombly has grey hair and spring green eyes.

Roger Baxter (voiced by Michael Kopsa) Blythe's fun-loving, slightly clumsy, father whose airline piloting job takes them from their quiet hometown and into to Downtown City where countless adventures await. Mr. Baxter loves spending time with Blythe, listening to heavy metal, and supporting any of Blythe's talents or endeavors. Roger has dark brown hair and blue-green eyes.

Though she is confident in her abilities in sports, Sue is sometimes insecure about her fashion and creativity in comparison to Blythe. Sue has red hair and light blue eyes.

Jasper Jones (voiced by Kathleen Barr) Blythe's new friend that loves video games. Jasper is helpful, supportive and sometimes sarcastic. Jasper is very talented at being able to paint detailed world landmarks like the Taj Mahal on grains of rice. Jasper has brown skin and hazel eyes.

Aunt Christie Youngmee's work-a-holic Aunt with a caring disposition and, a talent for making yummy sweet treats. Aunt Christie owns a bakery and sweets shop, Sweet Delights, and the pet's new rabbit friend, Buttercream. Christie is Korean-American and has jet black hair and dark violet eyes like her niece.

Fisher Biskit (voiced by Samuel Vincent) The Bistit Twins' father.

Pepper Clark (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain) A female gray and white striped skunk with violet eyes. Pepper is a comedian, usually making everyone laugh, but is sometimes brash.

Zoe Trent (voiced by Nicole Oliver, singing voice by Kylee Epp) A female purple Cavalier King Charles Spaniel with light blue eyes, who is a singer. A born diva, Zoe is the older sister of Gail Trent (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain), who likes to be fabulous and to sing, wanting to achieve her goal as the best singer. Her owners are coupleJohn (voiced by Peter New) and Clarissa Trent (voiced by Tabitha St. Germain).

Sunil Nevla (voiced by Peter New) A male blue banded mongoose with golden eyes. Sunil is a magician, who likes to do magic tricks. Most of them fail or rarely work when he needs it to. Despite his timid appearance, Sunil goes berserk when it comes to cobras (an allusion to mongooses natural prey).

Penny Ling (voiced by Jocelyne Loewen, singing voice by Laura Hastings) A small, female white and indigo Giant panda with grey eyes, who is a rhythmic gymnast. She is talented with twirling ribbons but her feelingsgare very sensitive and she can sometimes get hurt through bad jokes.

Vinnie Terrio (voiced by Kyle Rideout) A male Northland Green Gecko with violet eyes. Vinnie is a dancer with top-notch dancing skills, but can sometimes cause a lot of trouble for the other pets in the shop.

Russell Ferguson (voiced by Samuel Vincent) A male orange European hedgehog with chartreuse eyes, who is the organizer of the group with a love of food. Though uptight, he usually keeps everyone in the Littlest Pet Shop on track, making sure the others won't wreck it in the process. He is often mistaken for a porcupine.

Minka Mark (voiced by Kira Tozer) A female pink spider monkey with sky blue eyes, who is an artist. Usually high on energy, she is an expert regarding abstract art. Unfortunately, Minka is easily distracted by shiny objects, hanging out on the tire swing, or looking for something to eat. In "Dumb Dumbwaiter" it is revealed that she is claustrophobic.

Buttercream Sundae (voiced by Cathy Weseluck) A female yellow and brown Netherland Dwarf rabbit with deep shades of green#Forest green eyes, who is a dancer. A later addition to the group, Buttercream's owner is Youngmee Song's Aunt Christie, who owns the candy shop named Sweets Delights. She is very active and hyper, but also very mischievous. A running gag is whenever one of the pets says "What?" to her, she also says "What?" and then looks like she relaxes herself before saying "Anywho." She shows up occasionally through the series.

Sugar Sprinkles (voiced by Kelly Metzger) A female tan colored snowshoe who randomly tends to burst out into singing while playing with her guitar. She was very calm and kind with an apologetic demeanor. Because of her sweet taste, all the pets cannot resist so easily of licking her head. Her design is similar to one of the Sweet Delights from the Littlest Pet Shop mobile game.

Sharukh (voiced by Brian Drummond) A male mongoose with pale green eyes, that looks very similar to Sunil, who hails from India. He is a pet movie star, and decides to swap places with Sunil for one day because he is tired of all the attention given to him by his human handlers. Brian Drummond also voices LZard, a judge, and Igor Bogomolov.

Princess Stori (voiced by Terry Klassen) A male dog with white fur and light turquoise eyes that Terriers and Tiaras contestant Judi Jo Jameson (Cathy Weseluck) thinks is female. Terry Klassen also voices a tour guide in "So You Skink You Can Dance".
