Cardio/ Strength Cardio Fusion: A fitness class that incorporates strength training moves combined with cardiovascular exercises

to provide participants with a well-rounded total body workout. Core Conditioning: An express 30 minute class designed to strengthen your core muscles to improve muscle tone, posture, and core stability. Group Cycling: This non-stop cycling class will have you climbing to new heights in your quest for the best shape of your life. You will enjoy rides that will feature specific cycling drills, out-of-the-saddle training (standing postures), and high-energy challenges designed to take you to the next level of cardiovascular fitness. Space is limited, so come early! Low Impact Aerobics: A great class for beginners or adult exercises of all fitness levels. This class utilizes basic step and/or floor aerobics and incorporates a strength and flexibility portion at the end of class. Mobility Through Movement: A great starting point for those new to group fitness or an excellent addition to your current fitness routine! This class gives participants the option of choosing to stand or sit (in a stable chair) while performing various exercises to increase cardiovascular capabilities, strength, and overall mobility. Step & Core: An energizing Step Aerobics class that will get your heart pumping and your feet moving. The last portion of this cardiovascular class will include a core strengthening session. Tabata: A 30 minute high-intensity interval training class designed to produce maximum results in minimum time. The Tabata technique involves 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest repeated continuously throughout the class to produce an intense, effective & quick workout! Total Body Training: A 60-minute class that incorporates resistance training and/or cardiovascular exercises to challenge your total body. Our instructors constantly change the class format to keep your workouts fresh and exciting...and to build total body muscular strength & endurance! Zumba Fitness : This high-energy dance fitness class will get you moving and shaking! Based on Latin and international music rhythms, Zumba is a great way to burn lots of calories, learn new dance moves, and have fun while getting fit. Zumba Gold: A lower-impact option of our regular Zumba Fitness class! Zumba Gold provides a dance-aerobic experience which is ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone who wants to have fun while getting a great lower impact workout! Mind/Body Flow Yoga: A faster-paced Yoga experience designed to increase strength and flexibility through flowing from one pose to the next. Core & Flexibility: A core strengthening class that improves muscle control, flexibility, coordination, strength & tone. Similar to Pilates, Core & Flexibility also involves a stretch component. Qi Gong: 3 Week Session5/11, 5/18, 5/25 - Qigong refers to the art and science of using breath, posture, movement, and/or sound to cleanse, refine, accumulate and circulate Qi (energy) in the body. This is a low impact class. Yoga: An invigorating class composed of stretching, breathing, and moving to help increase flexibility, strength, relaxation. Yoga is an integral part to an overall fitness routine than enhances the spirit, mind and body. Aquatics AFYAP (Arthritis Foundation YMCA Aquatic Program): The YMCA and the Arthritis Foundation have partnered to develop this unique recreational program for participants with arthritis or related diseases. This water exercise class focuses on specific joint and muscle exercises that improve range-of-motion, strength, and flexibility. AFYAP aims to help people manage symptoms, maintain independence, and enjoy life. AM Hydro PUMP: This is a full body water workout designed for all ages and fitness levels. Focusing on cardiovascular and strength conditioning, its a great workout for individuals at a training plateau and looking for a break-through! Aqua Zumba : The popular high-cardio dance class has moved to the water! Set to high energy Latin and international music, this class will make you feel like you are on a vacation in the tropics! Using water as resistance, you can get a great low-impact workout while having fun in the pool. Deep H20: Looking for a challenge? This high-intensity, exhilarating workout is performed in the deep end of the pool. There is virtually no impact on the joints but lots of resistance to strengthen muscles. Flotation belts are provided for support. H20 Body Sculpt: Tone and firm major muscle groups with strength training moves in the water. This class combines both shallow and deep water exercises for a great cardiovascular workout. New Waves: This is an intermediate to advanced level shallow water class done with a variety of upper and lower body exercises specifically designed to increase both strength and endurance. An excellent total body workout! Silver Splash: This 1 hour class is designed for adults who are looking for a workout and a way to meet new people. Whether youre advanced or doing exercise for the first time, this is the class for you its fun and a great opportunity to socialize while keeping fit! Water Fitness: Come discover what the YMCA Water Fitness Program is all about! This beginner level shallow water aerobics class is great for building strong heart and lungs, toning muscles, and increasing flexibility.

Age Requirements: Members must be at least 13 years old to participate in most group fitness classes. Classes with a smiley face are open to anyone 7+ (children must be actively participating in class alongside parent). Group Cycling classes require participants to be 16+.
