Low income and fixed income families living in high energy homes, with little or no resources to upgrade their homes. The many unemployed in our community, could be trained to upgrade/repair the high energy homes and bring them up to a lower energy consumption status.

Lack of training, respite, and employment opportunities available for people with developmental disabilities once they graduate from the public school system.

Local training to equip local workers in energy improvement standards and skills to complete upgrades on homes in our community, utilizing local contractors to train and supervise the men and women, enabling them to gain new skills.
