The first International Conference on Nanoelectronics, Communications and Renewable Energy (ICNCRE13) will be held on September 22-23 2013 at the house of culture, Jijel, Algeria. The main objective of ICNCRE13 is to provide a platform for researchers, PhD students, and industrial to present their research results in the fields of nanoelectronics, communication and renewable energy.

Submission Guidelines
Prospective authors are invited to submit a full paper limited to six pages including figures and references in the standard IEEE conference double-column format by electronic submission. Program and language

The conference program will offer plenary lectures, tutorial sessions and oral and poster sessions. The official conference language for all printed materials, presentations and discussions will be in English.

Acceptance of papers
Papers accepted for presentation at ICNCRE13 and accompanied with paid registration will be published on a CD-ROM distributed to all participants at the beginning of the conference.

Special issue:
Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit extended versions of their papers for possible publication in the following Journals: - International Journal of Computers, Communications & Control (Impact Factor) - Applied Mathematics & Information Sciences (Impact Factor) - International Journal of Modelling, Identification and Control (SCOPUS, EI, INSPEC,..) - International Journal of Energy Technology and Policy (SCOPUS, INSPEC ...).
