No More Low Self- Esteem No More Self-Doubting No More Shame Personalities Restored
Volume 1, Issue 2
For some women, inner turmoil ignites a fire under their feet and they become gogetters but at what cost and whos expense. And some women heartache lead them to What doesnt kill you... use it door number two, and behind to become stronger! that door are drugs, promiscuity, self-mutilation, and unimaginable destruction. I beseech women to exfoliate every repugnant word, negative body image, heartache, revolting and unconstructive thought planted into your psyche by others or yourself. Release it, layer by layer as you would an onion and then discard it, forever. Treat it like vomit, once its out, who wants to go back and lick it up?

I knew of Him and spoke to Him, but only as an imaginary friend. Once she properly introduced me, I got to know God on a personal level and I am still in a relationship with Him. Why? Because He listens to me no matter what. He understands my heart and intentions. (http://fightofmylife.webs.com) She helped me to see that I had a unique purpose in this life, which gave me a reason to live. It also became a path that led me to where I am today. Currently, I am an author, business owner, motivational speaker, publisher, editor and internet talk show host. He created me to be great and represent Himself. He has a purpose for me and trusts me through all of my shortcomings, past abuse and shame. God loves and forgives me even when I make mistakes. He never lets me down and stays by my side no matter what. Therefore, knowing that there is a source higher than myself, who created me just to love me, is comforting, due to the fact that so many others abused me and let me down.
Spirituality:
Child abuse victims, whether young or old, have experienced multiple let downs. Victims are taught through learned behavior and experiences, not to trust. The fact is, no one is perfect and people will let you down from time to time but my aunt introducing me to God was the best gift she couldve ever given me.
Finding My Purpose:
One thing a child abuse victim experiences is the feelings of lack of purpose. My aunt ensured that I was active and engaged in activities I loved to do. I danced, wrote and sang. I was also a cheerleader. She gave me room to explore my talents and let me know that God gave me specific gifts and talents to do a job that only I could do.

Are you single because you want to be or because you havent been given a choice? Sadly, many women fall in the latter group. The reason I say sadly, is because these women really want that significant other in their lives. Theres nothing wrong with that. God did make male and female. He also said that it wasnt good for man to be alone. God wants you to love and to be loved. The thing is, you must give love and receive love at the right time, with the right person and for the right reasons. Are you really ready for someone special in your life? Do you have time or patience for a new relationship? Can you prefer someone else (meaning put someone elses needs/wants before your own).
Youll have no fear just being you. You know, Im a firm believer that we make things harder than they have to be. We can make our lives as miserable as we want. Have you talked to God about your life? Have you been general or specific? Was there an answer? Did you even wait for an answer? We sometimes think that God is taking too long, He needs our help or He doesnt care, so I got this. Im my own woman. Im grown. When things dont quite work out, youre back at square one (God). How long did that take? Its okay! Hopefully you learned something. Forgive yourself. Get rid of the baggage and keep it moving.
out that extra baggage that tends to follow. Why not work on self for a while. When its right, God can make everything fall in place. You wont have to scheme, lie, steal or cheat. Just be you.
