Summary I currently work at a for-profit university in Florida. The school has about 740 active students this semester.

The number of enrolled students has dropped drastically in the past 5 years putting a lot of pressure to lay off a large number of employees and staff members. The school targets low income and economically challenged adult students. The ethnic population is very diverse consists of about 52% African American students, 29% Hispanic students, and about 16% White or non-Hispanic students. Given the schools current financial situation and the uncertainty of what the future holds, there has been a very little progress in terms of adoption of new technologies.
