Bestellhinweise Bei jeder Bestellung fr Solarleitungen ist die gewnschte Farbe durch Ersetzen des * in der Bestell-Nr. mit dem Farbcode anzugeben. Ohne Angabe der Farbe in der Bestellung werden grundstzlich schwarze Isolationen geliefert.
Ordering information When ordering solar cables, always specify the desired colour by replacing the * with the respective colour code after the order no. If no colour is specified in the order no., black insulation is always supplied.

Die Vorkonfektionierung der PV-Module mit dem MC-Steckverbindersystem bereits bei der Herstellung oder nachtrglich im Werkstattbereich ermglicht bei der Anlageninstallation vom Modul bis zum Wechselrichter krzeste Montagezeiten und hilft dadurch die Anlagenerrichtungskosten zu senken.
MC-PV Plug connector system permits pre-assembly of the PV modules at the factory or in a site workshop. The equipment from the inverter to the module can be installed quickly by skilled construction workers. Benefit: Installation costs for these modules are cut sharply.

Crimpanschlsse Fr den Leiteranschluss an die Presshlsen der PV-Steckverbinder empfehlen wir die angegebenen Presswerkzeuge einzusetzen. Die Presshlsen sind fr flexible Leiter (Klasse 5 und 6) der genannten Querschnittsbereiche ausgelegt. Der Einsatz mehrdrhtiger Leiter (Klasse 2) ist mglich. Verzinnte Leiter sind vorteilhaft. Anschlussleitung Zur Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Dichtheit des Leitungsausgangs der PV-Steckverbinder sind Anschlussleitungen in den, den Isolationsgehusen zugewiesenen Durchmesserbereichen einzusetzen. Weiter empfehlen wir bei der Auswahl von doppelt isolierten Anschlussleitungen darauf zu achten, dass ein ausreichender Haftsitz zwischen den Isolationsschichten gewhrleistet ist, der ein Verschieben der beiden gegeneinander ausschliesst. Verlegebedingungen Ein scharfkantiges Abbiegen der Anschlussleitung am Ausgang der PV-Steckverbinder ist beim Verlegen der PV-Leitungen zu vermeiden. Wir empfehlen die Mindestbiegeradien der Anschlussleitung einzuhalten.
Crimped terminations For termination of the conductors to the crimping sleeves of the PV plug connectors we recommend using the stated crimping tools. The crimping sleeves are designed for highly flexible conductors of the stated cross-section ranges.The use of flexible conductors is possible. It is advantageous to use tinned conductors. Connecting cables To ensure that the cable outlets of the PV plug connectors are sufficiently watertight, connecting cables of the specified diameter ranges for the insulating casings must be used. When selecting double-insulated connecting cables, we also recommend users to ensure that there is sufficient adhesion between the insulating layers in order to prevent them shifting in relation to each other.

Cble de raccordement Afin de garantir un niveau dtanchit suffisant au niveau de la sortie de cble des connecteurs PV, il convient dutiliser des cbles dont le diamtre sur isolant est compatible avec le capuchon isolant du connecteur. En outre, lors du choix du cble isolation double, il conviendra de veiller ce que les deux couches isolantes adhrent parfaitement entre elles.

Prfspannung Ist die Spannung (Stoss- oder Nennstehwechselspannung), bei welchen die Komponenten des PV-Steckverbindersystems bei festgelegten Bedingungen ohne Durch- oder berschlag im Neuzustand geprft werden. Trennen unter Last Gesteckte PV-Steckverbindungen drfen nicht unter Last getrennt werden. Das Stecken und Trennen unter Spannung ist mglich. Witterungsschutz Nicht gesteckte PV-Steckverbinder sind mit einer Verschlusskappe vor Feuchtigkeit und Schmutz zu schtzen. Orientierung der Paneldose Die Befestigung der Paneldose auf dem PV-Modul hat so zu erfolgen, dass in dessen spterem Gebrauchszustand die Leitungsausgnge der Paneldose nach unten gerichtet sind. Die Kontaktlamellen sind auf Bndern angeordnet und erlauben damit eine Kontaktgabe ber eine Vielzahl von definierten stromfhrenden Pfaden. Jeder Lamellensteg bildet eine unabhngige Strombrcke und die vielen parallel angeordneten Lamellenstege vermindern damit den Kontaktwiderstand des Gesamtkontaktes erheblich.
The contact louvers are arranged on strips, thus allowing contact to be made over a large number of defined current-carrying contact surfaces. Each louver forms an independent current bridge and the many parallel louvers considerably reduce the overall contact resistance.
Les lamelles de contact sont disposes en parallle sur une bande, permettant ainsi la ralisation dun contact au travers dune multitude de points de contact, parfaitement dfinis. Chaque lamelle forme une ligne de courant indpendante, de sorte que la multiplication de ces lignes en parallle conduit une diminution sensible de la rsistance du contact complet.
