Dan Cartwright
for Director of Intercounty Electric Cooperative, Association
I am seeking election to the Intercounty Electric Cooperative, Association Board of Directors. I believe Intercounty Electric Cooperative is a premier energy cooperative and seek the opportunity to serve the membership as director. I know the importance of having a member elected director. I understand the values of our cooperative and the importance of protecting the autonomy of our local energy provider. I know the value of our Energy Cooperative working with our communities and members to provide low cost, safe, reliable energy. I understand the importance of serving with an elected board of directors elected by the members they serve. It is important to insure that our cooperative is financially secure while providing support to our businesses, community and members. I believe in the support of Intercounty's youth and community programs. I know the value of providing our employees with competitive wages and benefits as well as the necessary equipment needed to maintain the system. I understand the need to represent our cooperative at the state and federal level to insure that we can meet the future energy demands while maintaining affordable rates.
