789 Grade SILICONE SEALANT used in Glass Glazing

TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Characteristics: 1. One component, neutral room temperature curing, oxime type. 2. No sag. 3. Ready to use. 4. Ready gunnability at low(+5) and high(+40) temperature. 5. Excellent weatherproof and anti-aging properties. 6. Excellent bonding property for most building materials. 7. Keep good performance between the temperature of -50+100 after curing.

Main use: 1. Weather-resistant filling joint of small curtain wall project (the height of architecture less than 15 meters, the area within 1000 square meters). 2. Filling joint of indoor and outdoor decoration engineering. 3. anti-seepage seal of architecture window & door glazing and frame edge. 4. Many other building and industrial uses.

Instruction for use: 1. Make an adhesion and compatibility test between sealant and substrate prior to use. 2. Clean with solvents or suitable detergent to keep substrate completely clean and dry. Use sealant within 30 minutes after cleanness. 3. Ensure filling the joint with enough sealant and intimate contact the substrate surface. Within 5 minutes of application tool the sealant. 4. Suitable substrate surface temperature range of applying silicone sealant is +5+40.

Limitation: 1. Not used for structural silicone glazing. 2. Not used underground or continuously immersed in water. 3. Dont use on material that bleed oils, plasticizers or solvents. 4. Not suitable for copper, zinc and mirror glass.

Notices: 1. Ensure adequate ventilation environment. 2. Abide by the relative safety criteria when using solvent. 3. Keep out of reach of children. 4. In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water or seek medical help immediately.
