SYNOPSIS
Today, in the computer world more are less every thinks is being computerized. Today main aim of this project is to speed up the process in the writing session s all as valuation session. In the manual system, all the thinks take so much time registration, paper distribution, collection, and valuation while we computerizing these process. All are done in the fraction of seconds. Also it is more secured than the manual system. This system is a online examination conducting system which is for multiple users based networking. Here the users can connect the system through the client and can request the exams. The need for automated system is develop a system, which is a capable of delivering the same manual work in the automated way. The examinees are given with the option to select their topic to appear. The results are stored in the data base with proper data formation. This project is user friendly, because can anybody use this system without doubt. Because the software holds message and can be operate both mouse and keyboard.

The software specifications used for this system are FRONT END : BACK END : PLATFORM : MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC 6.0 MICROSOFT ACESS MICROSOFT WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL ( Service Pack 2 )

HARDWARE SPECIFICATION
The hardware determines the efficiency of the project. This project is developed in the system with the latest configuration, but it will run well with in systems that with low configuration. SYSTEM ANALYSIS
EXISTING SYSTEM
After the clear consideration about requirements, the study for proposed system can done by the investigation. After the study, a report on the study should be analyzed for proper system. The system proposal includes the scope, costs, requirements, benefits and an outline of the proposed system. The system proposal will not be updated for more information. However, during the analysis and design there may be more detailed and specific documents. There is always a question where to stop the requirement and where to the specification for the system. Here the problem is develop a system, which carries out the complex process of valuation in automated way.

PROBLEM IN EXISTING SYSTEM

The requirement for the new system is an examination conducting system across multiple users with unique questions. The network needs a system controls for the distributed system to carry out the valuation. The system should have a distributed nature. So that, the user can attend the test from the server.

PROPOSED SYSTEM
The system consists of the test agent, question server, master question setter, question bank manager. The regular steps in conducting examinations are completed when results are published. Where as the candidates have to for a complete analysis of his/her presentation the exam to look for his/her weakness in the areas where he/she to improve for better presentation. The above mentioned are very much consider in the system. The requirements are some how variable in the case of this problem. But according to this current trend, the user has to be provided with some exciting features to addition to the normal feature.

CONCLUSSION & FURTURE ENHANCEMENT

This system is for conducting online without human interventions. The candidates appear for the examination using the test client and get the results. The implementations of the requirements are achieved in the maximized way. Further more, the system concentrates conducting examination in standard environments. The system can be improved to give examination on different topics to make the candidate appear for different types of examination. The system can be further improved by providing more ways for formatting the user interfaces. The system can developed in way it accepts questions in a distributed way. It may also devised to get questions from the distributed source. So, that the system will get a very question
