Results/ Findings: The BMI screening yielded 20 employees on obese category and 5 employees on the Underweight category. After 3 months of program implementation, all 20 participants lose weights with the biggest loser losing as much as 10% actual weight and the skinny champ participants gaining 5% of their actual weight.
