Islamic philosophy of education is a continues effort to deliver the knowledge and skills of Islam based on the Holy Quran and Sunnah to shape ones attitude, character and worldview of Allah who are responsible for the betterment of self, society, society surroundings and country as well as the next achievement of goodness in this life and everlasting happiness in the next.

The purpose of the Islamic philosophy of education is to provide human beings with enough life experiences and knowledge and thus enable them to understand themselves, and the task and responsibilities assigned to them, as well as know how to execute their responsibilities as Allahs followers and Caliphs in order to become righteous individuals. In other words, educational theories and teaching approaches are implemented through Islamic philosophy of education. Additionally, it also encompasses various aspects related to Islamic education such as good content and policies.

National Philosophy of Education (FPK)
Education in Malaysia is an on-going effort towards further developing the potential of individuals in a holistic and integrated manner. So, as to produce individuals who are intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically balanced and harmonic, based on a firm belief in and devotion to God. Such an effort is designed to produce Malaysian citizens who are knowledgeable and competent, capable of achieving a high level of personal well-being as well as the society and the nation at large.

Education as an on-going effort 1. Education is a process of acquiring and transferring of knowledge, skills and noble values. 2. The acquisition and transfer processes are on-going starting from an early age till death. 3. Early education is important to shape the personality of young children from the age of 1 to 6 years. 4. The personality thus formed will go on developing throughout the schooling years. 5. Upon completion of schooling, the individual continues to enhance his knowledge, skills and character. 6. Continuous education will assist the individual to adapt to various types of changes.

Standard Based Curriculum for Primary Schools (KSSR)
Standard Based Curriculum for Primary Schools (KSSR) aims to produce a balanced, creative, critical and innovative through branches of communication, science and technology, physical and aesthetic development, skills development, humanity and spirituality, attitudes and values.

Standard Curriculum for Primary Schools based on National Philosophy of Education and the National Education Policy. The implementation of KSSR also took in the challenges of the 21st century, the New Economic Model (NEM) and the latest learning theory. KSSR also adopted four pillars of UNESCO's education, which are learning to learn (learning to know), learning to act (learning to do), learning to live together (learning to live together) and learning to develop a personal (learning to be).
