Woh Angraizi, Urdu, Punjabi aur Punjabi’nama main kehtay hain. Oon kay
Punjabi’nama kalaam ko Punjabi ka naam daina Punjabi zoban kay sath ziyadti ho ga.
Maslan yah nazam malahza ho, es ko koon Punjabi tasleem karay ga:

MITI RANGA
Oon kay Punjabi’nama qalam main mukhtalif rang nazar aatay hain. Kahein Saraeki ka
goman guzarta hai to kahain yah Pothohari mehsus honay lagti hai. Kabhi Gojri aur
Maivati lehjay parnay ko miltay hain to khain Rajistan kay basi maloom hotay hain.
Ghaliban es ki vaja oon ki insan say mohabat hai. Lehjoon ki tabdili ki aur doo
wajo bhi nazar aati hain:
1- parhnay wala osay apni zoban ki shaeri mehsus kary aur os ki dilchaspi
baqarar rahay
2- insani zobanoon ki aawazoon kay nazam main sanaj sabat karna chahtay hain
oon ka Punjabi kalam bhi eak lehjay aur eak mohavray ka hamil nahain. Kabhi
amrat’sari to kabhi hoshyar’puri Punjabi likhtay hain. Kasur ya Bhati ki Punjabi
oon kay haan door tak nazr nahain aati.
Prof.Maqsood Hasni kay mata pita Amrat’sar kay thay. Enhoon nay kabhi yah alaqa
daikha hi nahain likin es alaqa ki mohabat oon kay haan apna jawab nahain rakhti.
Amrat’sar ki galioon ka yoon zikar kartay hain jaisay yah oon ki janum bhomi rahi
ho. Es mohabat kay bavajood oon kay kalam main es alaqay ka kahain koe hawala ya
zikar tak nahain milta.
Mein nay aksar on ki zoban say sona hai kah insan digar fitri sanjoon kay elawa
aawazoon kay hawala say bhi intahae qurbat rakhta hai. Oon ka kehna hai kah insan
ko insan say char tabqoon nay door kiya hai:

d. Moash par qabaz jagir’daroon aur sarmaya’daroon nay
Oon kay khayaal main Hindustani (Urdu+Hindi) hi wahad zoban hai jo kora-e-arz ki
zoban bannay kay laeq hai. Apnay es moaqaf kay liay bhi oon kay pas mazboot dalael
hain ta’hum woh dusri zobanoon aur bolioon kay khatam karnay kay bhi haq main
nahain hain shaed yahhi waja hai kah onhoon nay Urdu Angraizi kay elawa
“Punjabi’nama” main shaeri ki hai. Oon ki yah shairi inter-net kay mukhtalif
forumoon par nazar aati hai. Es shaeri ka reshta seraf bar-e-sagher kay logoon ya
es miti say hi nahain woh insan kay sanjay dukhoon ki nisha’dahi kartay hain aur
en dukhoon kay charay kay liay kehtay hain. Woh insan ko khaab-e-khargosh say
jaganay ki koshesh kartay hain. Kabi baap kay dil ki dharkanoon ko samnay latay
hain to kabhi baiti kay chairay ki bai’basi kay khad-o-khal ko namayaan kartay
hain. Kabi insane ki bhookpiyas aur os kay nataij ko samnay latay hain. Woh
himamat banddhatay hain, kuch kar guzarnay ka hosla daitay hain balkah oksanay kay
bhi gona’gar hotay hain. Oon kay khayaal main shakhas ko midan main jan harni
chahiay na’kah en char tabqoon kay gobar’alod charnoon main.
Kahain kahain romani andaz bhi ekhtayar kartay hain. Yah bhi kamal ka hoti hai
tahum wahaan bhi insan kay dukh aur pira ko faramosh nahain kartay. Whaan bhi os
ka koe na’koe masla zaroor paish kar daitay hain. Oon ka yah andaz bhi bhala
mehsus hota hai.
Woh apnay qalam main alamti aur estarati andaz ka bohat ziyada estamal kartay
hain. Oon ki tashbihaat baray kamal ki hoti hain aur oon ka janum insan kay karab
ki kokh say hota hai. Kahein anjabiat aur baigangi ka ehsas nahain hota.
Prof. Maqsood Hasni ka mohavra rovait say qate hat kar hota hai. Oon say barh kar
shaed hi koe shair itna rovaet’shkan raha ho ga. Rovait main pala posa yah
shakhas, insane kay moamla main kisi rovait ko khatar main nahain lata. Ghaliban
yah andaz onhonoon nay apnay rohani ustad Ghalib say liay hai. Na mazmoon rovaet
say laga rakhtay hain aur nahi oon ki zoban rovaet ki qaid main moaed hoti nazar
aati hai. Baray wasooq aur yaqeen say kaha ja sakta hai kah aata kal na’seraf
onhain insan dost kay laqab say malqoob karay ga bal’kah onhain rovaet shikan ka
naam bhi day ga. Insan na’qadara aur ehsan shanas sahi likin Waqt aur Zamana kisi
ka paband nahain. Os ka apna chalan rovaeya aur andaz hai. Wo es qisam kay
insanoon ko apnay daman main sint sint kar rakhtay hain.
Prof. Maqsood Hasni jitna naram malaem aur raisham ka sa boltay hain oon ki shaeri
ki zoban otni naram malaem aur raishmi nahain. Talkhi ko ba’khobi mehsus kiya ja
sakta hai. Baz’oqat yah khayaal aur mazmoon ka taqazi hoti hai aur baz’oqat oon ka
shairi andaz-e-taqalam ka hisa hoti hai. Haan yah talkhi mukhsus tabqoon ko giraan
guzarti ho to alag baat hai likin jin halqoon ki wo aawaz hoti hai onhain es main
taskeen ka saman mayassar aata hai. Maslan yah lainain malahza hoon:

Oon ka yah moamla Punjabi aur Punjabi’nama shaeri tak hi mahdood nahain yah
asloob-e-takalam lehja aur andaz oon ki Angraizi aur Urdu shaeri main bhi nazar
aata hai.
Prof. Maqsood Hasni ki shaeri ka Dr. Aslam Saqab (Malair Kotla, Bharat) nay
Gurmakhi main tarja kiya. Prof. Amjid Ali Shakar (Principal Govt College, Shadra
Lahore) nay oon ki Urdu nazmoon ka jabkah Nasrulla Sabar (Late) nay Urdu Hyku ka
Punjabi main tarjama kiya. Ali Dipak Qazalbash nay Pushto jab’kah Mehar kachilvi

Oot Say
The “Oot Say”, is the name of his poetic collection. Its study shows that the poet
has kept nothing hidden rather expressed each and everything openly and in a clear
cut way. He voices each thing not from behind the screen but in an obvious way. He
expresses his thoughts with extreme sympathy, pathos and passions. Evidently the
poems are short and sentences brief, but intrinsically, the poems and sentences
are very lofty and stalwart. They are not lines but red roses, delicate the touch,
charming to see, refreshing to smell. But in their effectiveness, they are just
like flickering flames, the burns of miserable hearts, and the fire bombs for the
world of oppression and suppression.

Tanveer Abbas Naqvi nay ra’ay di:

Maqsood Hasni’s work is praiseworthy, first of all, with the respect that he has
discussed some new aspects of Umar Khayyam. Secondly, it is not less than an
uphill task to keep the stream of criticism continue even when one is living in
suburbs of centers. Maqsood Hasni has in “Sharyat-e-Khayyam” translated umar
Khayyam’s Rubies (Quadrats) into three lined stanzas.

Woh fikri hawala say ravaet shikan aur ravaet taraz shair hain.
Woh lisani hawala say bhi ravaet kay paband nahain rehtay.
Na’ay mohavray nae tarkibaat, na’ay marakabaat aur nae tashbihaat paish karna
oon kay qalam ka khasa aur shooq hai.
Oon ki Punjabi shaeri ka baish’tar hissa mukhtalif Punjabi lehjoon aur rangoon par
Kuch kalam Gojri, Pothohari, Rajistani, Saraeki, Mivati ya Rajistani hai jissay
Punjabi
samjh liya giya giya hai ya kaha jata hai bilkul ossi tara jis tara baba-e-urdu
nay
dakni kalaam ko Urdu kalam samjh liya.
Woh ziyada’tar insan ki bai’basi, bai’chargi, bhuk nang piyas aur insan kay digar
samaji-o-moashi masael ko ahata-e-tehreer main latay hai.
Woh na’seraf amraz ki tashkhis kartay hain balkah moalja bhi tajveez kartay hain.
Insan ko kuch na’kuch karnay ki targheeb daitay rehtay hain. Yah seraf shaeri main
hi nahin oon kay afsanay aur tanz-o-maza say motalaq mazameen ka bhi khasa hai.
Istahsali tabqoon kay khalaf taqat kay estamal kay haq main nazar aatay hain.
Onhain molvi aur wa’az bannay ka koe shooq nahain es kay ba’vajood kahein
na’kahein molvi aur wa’az ka sa andaz zaroor nazar aa jata hai.
Oon ki shaeri eak roshan khayaal aur taraqi pasand shakhas ki shaeri hai.
Kaein kaein maqalmati andaz bhi ekhtyar kartay hain. Yah doo tara ka hota hai:
woh shakhas ki shanakht gom ho janay kay sakht khalaf hain. Es par kisi toor
maslihat
karnay ko tayar nahain hain. Oon kay khayaal main shanakht bar’qarar rehnay say
hi
vajood baqi reh sakta hai.
Oon ki shaeri kay motala say yah haqiqat khalti hai kah zindgi karna koe aasan
kaam
nahain. Zinda rehnay kay liay masalsal aur muwatar mehnat aur jid-o-johad karnay
ki
zarorat rehti hai.
Oon ki Punjabi shaeri KO lisani hawala say nae aur ajeeb’tareen shaeri ka naam
diya
jasakta hai.
Oon kay kalaam main auroon kay dukh dard main ronay aur apni se koesh karnay ki
talqeem milti hai.
Woh hasad say ziyada moqablay aur koshesh ka daras daitay nazar aatay hain.
Oon kay haan bukhal say ziyada bantnay ka amal pasandida amal nazar aata hai.
Oon ka kalaam parh kar yoon lagta hai, eak davash galyoon main nangay paoon bhaga
phirta insan kay almiay ka rona ro raha hai aur insan ko khab-e-khargosh say
jagnay ki
talqeen kar raha hai.
