Tibet Train Medical Services There are 5 types of Tibet train ticket classess that you are able to purchase: 1) Hard Seat, 2) Soft Seat, 3) Hard Sleeper, 4) Soft Sleeper, and 5) Unreserved. The Train is about 12 cars. At the front are the seat class cars, followed by the dining car, and then 3 sleeper cars, and lastly the hard sleeper car.
