5. CLOSURE: Have the students write in their notebooks the names of the guest speakers and what jobs they did. F. Assessment: What will you use to measure student understanding? Student understanding will be measured by grading their notebooks that they have written different information in. Explain how you will know students understand the concepts from the lesson. If the students can name what they want to be, what their parents do, and what the guest speakers do, they will have an understanding of the many different things people do to earn money. G. Reflection: 1. Which part of the lesson do you think will be the easiest for you to teach? I dont think any one part will be easier than another. 2. Which part will be most challenging for you to teach? I cant imagine any one part will be harder than another. 3. How will you follow up or extend this lesson? I will follow up this lesson by teaching students about all-or-nothing decisions and how to conserve when they begin earning their own money. 4. What will you do for students who dont grasp the concepts? There is nothing to be misunderstood. 5. Which part of the lesson, if any, do you think might need to change? None. 6. When you were writing this lesson plan, what was the most difficult part? The most difficult part was deciding who to invite as guest speakers. **NOTE: This exact lesson plan is pretty exclusive to my use simply because of the guest speakers, however this lesson plan could be used by somebody else with substitutions made in the guest speakers places.
