(BMC), to provide prompt and effective solutions.
ƒ Responsible from the understanding of the new banking system by our customers. Wrote
manuals for all the modules of the new system including Customers, Deposits, Loans,

Worked as a business analyst and project manager in the implementation of Restricted Database
where a user interface is developed for client screening against money laundering and potential
threats.

Marketing Improvement Projects

Worked as a business analyst and project manager which aims to improve Marketing conditions
of business to increase sales.

Umbrella Projects
Worked as a business analyst where aim of the projects is to solve group of high priority
business requests.

CEB-CERO project
Worked as a business analyst in the banking system migration from Temenos Globus to CORE
Finance for four countries including Malta, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.

NBB Project
Worked as a business analyst where aim of the project is to automate the reporting to National
Bank of Belgium through Customer Relationship Management Application – Siebel.

Broker Platform
Worked as a project manager and business analyst where aim of the project is to substantially
increase loan applications of Belgium branch by creating a bridge between the bank and Vipre
software which is used by many Brokers (specifically in Belgium, France, and Netherlands).

A web portal for Zorlu holding with a total asset of 13929 Million dollars is developed so that
they can find solutions to their problems by using their network and send emails to agents about
their problems to decrease call-center costs.

GPFS Integration in Linux in IBM

Lead the project in implementing the General Parallel File System to Linux servers and market
this new product to potential customers including TV8; one of the biggest network channels in
Turkey.
