Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you. Exodus 20:12
The Bible commands us to honor our parents. To honor someone is to show value, to love, praise, and thank. When we honor our parents, we honor God because we are obeying His command. In this lesson, we will look at what it means to honor our parents, specifically our moms.

We can praise our mothers by recognizing what they do for us. What is one thing you have praised your mother for? ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________ ____________________________________________
