C & A Home Remodeling is a construction company that caters to both residential and commercial
buildings. We take pride in servicing our clients by remodeling, repairing, reconstructing buildings and
adding/removing any part of the clients’ property, which includes sidewalks, driveways, garages and any other
unattached property. We perform an abundance amount and a variety of services such as plumbing, concrete,
heating, painting, electrical, sheetrock, 24 hour fire boarding and much more. C & A Home Remodeling has
an excellent business opportunity to help improve our city look beautiful from the inside and out. Helping our
customers sell the property and move out or make adjustments so our clients can move in. Also, helping our
commercial clients expand and improve their business.
We at C & A Home Remodeling succeed in performing in the most economical way possible. Our
company takes a step further than other construction companies and researches material prices every time.
That way we have room to lower the price if necessary. Others keep a steady rate and won’t change.
When it comes to finances in the business, it is never a steady pace. Depending on the situation and/or
task at hand, one may have to go an extra mile for permits and other necessities out of the ordinary that can

Company Overview
Our mission at C & A Home Remodeling is to accommodate our clients in remodeling, building,
repairing, adding/removing and constructing/reconstructing their residential or commercial property. Our
customer base can be private residence, business owners and companies and real estate agencies. C & A Home
Remodeling does not have a red-zone. We are able to travel long distances in any direction.
C & A Home Remodeling has many goals. Our first goal is to obtain an outside office, other than
home, with a warehouse attached to store materials. Our second goal is to own real estate to rent to low
income families and those in need. Our third goal is to provide a youth building, not only as a recreational
center, but as an educational center where all children can learn, train and pick up a trait to help them be
successful in the future. Our fourth goal is to branch out our portfolio and grow our business by opening other
business such as an arcade, computer repair store and much more.
C & A Home Remodeling has an excellent cost advantage. Our company does the research for all costs
for materials, permits, leasing equipment and any other factor the affects price. This allows our company to be
flexible if costs go down. This benefits the clients in every way by ensuring that they receive the best deal
possible. Most of our competitors keeps a flat rate and won’t change it.
Our contract summary provides all the aspects of what the job entails. Starting with a brief summary
of what the customer wants and what the job includes and consist of. Then moving on to materials involved
with pricing, estimated completion date and payment schedule. Most competitors do not add the price of
materials or include materials involved.
We have a 90 day estimated completion date for unforeseen setbacks such as weather and delivery
waits. Our goal is to finish the job as soon as possible and not linger on. Our policy is to go to the job site and
make an evaluation first before we give a price. It is also free of charge to view. Most competitors will have a
standard price depending on what needs to be done and size and most charge just to look.
Our payment schedule is very simple. We ask for a down payment, which is worth the cost of
materials. Then once completed the rest of the money is due. If it is a big project like rehabilitating a house or
building a house from the ground up, then the payment is broken up into 3 parts, the downpayment, 2cd
payment is half the labor and the rest is the balance. This gives our clients a sense of security that our
company will not take advantage, take all of the money, not do the job or do the job poorly.
Our variety of services helps us expand our company, which brings a great investment. C & A Home
Remodeling can perform from the smallest tasks such as patching up a hole in the wall, changing or installing
outlets and replacing or installing sinks and toilets to performing tasks that require more than one day such as
building/rebuilding a wall, repairing a sidewalk, repairing a roof and reconstructing a room. We always take
before, during and after photos for training and accountability purposes. Photos show new clients what we
have achieved, what we can do and our skills.
Market Analysis
C & A Home Remodeling will generate sales through word of mouth and putting our company out
there. Our company has a lot of advantages with competitive pricing, no red-zone, we provide free estimates
while our competitors will charge just to view the situation and we can negotiate with client with no problem.
C & A Home Remodeling tries to reach the customers by relating to their needs. We understand that our
clients would love their home or property to be beautiful but may not have the means to do so.
C & A Home Remodeling has a website and e-mail for those clients and customers that are interested
in dealing with our business electronically. We also provide a phone number for those clients and customers
that prefer speaking to us on the phone. Our company is happy to meet with clients anywhere needed or take a
drive to their location.
C & A Home Remodeling likes to keep low costs and maintain our clients. This is why we prefer to
advertise our company through places where it is free to advertise. We do not charge extra out of pocket
expenses on our clients.
Pricing consist of 2 parts, materials and labor. Material prices are unstable because they change as
much as the gas prices change. Depending on what the customer wants accomplished depends on the price. If
the job is very small like patching up cracks on the wall and painting, then the customer saves on labor cost
because it will only take about 3-5 days to finish. If the job is large like remodeling a kitchen, then between
the price of materials and how long it will take to complete, it can be a little costly.
C & A Home Remodeling hopes to make a difference in the community by giving out promotions.
From 10%-50% off to buy one get one free. We understand that even though things need to get done one may
not have funds to do so.
Our budget mainly consists of 3-4 elements. Start up costs included Registration, office supplies,
Materials, Tools and tax identification number. Reoccurring bills contain Insurance, business phones and
vehicle gasoline. Reoccurring payments include paper, contracts, ink, business cards and stamps. Job costs
consist of materials, permits, notary and leasing equipment such as cement trucks. Employees’ salary ranges
by level.
$8 an hour= $56 a day =$ 280 a week = $ 1120 a month
$30 a day = $150 a week = $600 a month
$60 a day = $300 a week =$1200 a month
Operations Plans
Having the proper equipment is so important to C & A Home Remodeling. All personnel must have
proper gear and all tools and equipment must be present when arriving or present at the job site to include
materials for that day. Labor requirements include but is not limited to how much man-power is needed, how
long will the job take, is any equipment/materials too heavy for just one person and is it a benefit to have
more then less personnel working.

before they are hired. All personnel also undergo through different training.
