CSE 106 Structured Programming Language Sessional Term Projects 1. What is this? A term project is fully fledged software written by YOU using a particular programming language within a specified time period under the supervision of a course teacher of your university. In this course CSE 106, you have to use Cprogramming language to write beautiful software and submit it within 12th week of this semester. You will be assigned one of the three course teachers who will guide you throughout the process. Never worry- its challenging but at the same time- its exciting! 2. What types are projects are done in past? Each year students do fantastic projects using C-programming language. Below, you are given a sample list of projects. 3. What is the full procedure? Now that you are given a list of projects, start thinking about something new. Consult your teacher(s) to have your ideas reviewed. Then on some sessional class in future (perhaps, on 7th week), you will be told to place your choice(s). You will be assigned a project at that time after our final review of your project idea (and conflict resolvation based on cgpa). You will also be assigned a project supervisor. Henceforth, your supervisor will guide you till the end. 4. Is it necessary? Term projects are the most important part of your academic studies. These are the things that will be used to judge you in future- whether you join industry or start higher education. A few good academic/non-academic projects are sometimes valued more than academic cgpa. So, be serious about it. If you are still not convinced, then let yourself known that- it is a must to pass CSE 106. 5. How to cheat? It is easy to get a copy of previous years projects from senior brothers and sisters; halls are perhaps the best places for it. You can also have your projects done by others. But always keep in mind that- it is easier for us to discover any such cases. You will simply get an F grade after any such easy discoveries. So, keep away from cheating. Trust yourself and take help from your teachers in times of need.
