Coordinate department graduate and post graduate course; 2. Teach courses in the research sequence in areas of special expertise; 3. Mentor/advise Post graduate students in Projects. Other duties and responsibilities are: 1. Mentor/advise departmental graduate students in quantitative research 2. Demonstrated quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods research design and methodology skills as related to areas of expertise 3. Experience as professor ( 1-3 years) 4. Demonstrated commitment to using technology in teaching, including online instruction.

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Special consideration will be given to applicants who meet the requirements listed above and one or more of the following requirements: 2. Experience in leading or participating in value-added research initiatives supporting human Resource development 3. Screening as per AICTE Norms: 80/100 Written Test: 30/80 Technical Interview: 20/30 Mock Class: 05/20 Hr Interview: 3/05 Reference and Medical Check: 2/3 Offer Letter: First Preference

Screening as per AICTE Norms: 80/100 Screen the Candidates as per AICTE norms for PhD and eligibility and also university. Here out of 100 only 80% would be let in Written Test: 30/80 Written Test consists of questions based on Aptitude test and General Knowledge. Also some questions related to HR Updates. Only 30 of 80 would be let in. As this is unbiased test, Selection can be set as 75% passing. Technical Interview: 20/30 Technical Interview would be to test personally their knowledge on latest hr Research and research carried out in university. Mock Class: 5/20 Mock class would be taken to check the teaching Skills and comparing with Standards to be maintained as Symbiosis. Hr Interview: 3/05 Here HR interview would be standard for negotiations regarding CTC. Reference and Medical Check: 2/3 Reference, background and Medical Check to go to next round. Offer Letter: First Preference Offer letter would be given to the Best of remaining, if not accepted within given time; offer would be made to next best candidate.
