QA/QC/ Inspection engineer 4/1/1988 To 31/3/1999 Cairo oil refining company (CORC) Carrying out the inspection for Distillation, Reforming and Isomerisation plants equipment such as ,columns , heat-exchangers, pressure vessels ,boilers, heaters, reactors, strippers, safety valves & valves, storage tanks , piping & pipelines , etc. During normal operation, shutdowns & fabrication new components in view of international technical standards and specifications of the biggest refinery at Egypt. Making inspection reports and record for equipment performances. Evalute equipment condition as per inspection findings and gives the necessary warnings and recommendations with respect to equipment remaining life time, equipment isolation from service, spare ordering, temporary and permanent repaires and modifications. Contributing in projects awarded to CORC by preparing and following up welding, heat treatment, painting and Non-Destructive testing procedures as well as quality control plan during fabrication new components, inservice and maintenance such as : heatexchangers, towers, drums, heaters, piping, drilling equipment and pipelines for many petroleum, petrochemical and industrial companies . Participate in manufacturing and erecting refinery unit 4 at Cairo oil refining company (CORC). Participate in manufacturing and erecting refinery heater unit 1 at CORC. Participate in manufacturing and erecting renews water treatment plant at CORC. Participate in inspecting plant stationary equipment, including pressure vessels, columns, drums, heat exchangers, piping systems at CORC and sister companies.
