SCOPE This product info establishes the design, fabricaon, quality assurance and delivery requirements for a SERT Plate Carrier , models # SHADOW and # STALKER (Releasable). It describes a MOLLE plate carrier which accepts the use of so armor inserts as well as hard armor plates that it was designed for, to meet the needs of high-speed taccal teams, military special operaons units with a completely mission adaptable armor system. II. CONFIGURATION A front MOLLE panel with the adjustable shoulder straps aached to it plus a front ap that covers the cummerbund when it is strapped in. The inside of the front panel has dual retenon straps (one horizontal and one vercal) that holds the plate in place, reduces lateral play and allows for the dierent plate sizes. Panel will t up to a 10 x 12 rie plate. Front panel has Velcro loops on the rst 3 rows of the PALS webbing so as to accommodate a front POLICE ID tag. The removable shoulder straps are heavily padded using close cell foam. Front ap is further secured using YKK brass snaps in black oxide nish. A rear MOLLE panel that incorporates a side opening pocket that holds the cummerbund in place. Velcro loops on the rst 3 rows of the PALS webbing so as to accommodate a rear POLICE ID tag. This panel has an Integrated Reinforced Drag Handle to allow rapid extracon of injured operators. Panel will t up to a 10 x 12 rie plate. Rear panel is also hydraon compable (MOLLE mount). Removable MOLLE cummerbund that is (rear) adjustable for individual users providing advanced weight distribuon and mobility. This cummerbund can be used to hold side plates, modular otaon inserts, oponal so ballisc inserts or addional magazines due to its internal Velcro system. For the SHADOW - Adjustment is via an elasc cord that is looped through the ends (inside) of the cummerbund. Releasing or ghtening the cord lock on this cord allows one to shorten or lengthen the cummerbund. For the STALKER - Releasable System; comprises of a cable that is secured on the front right side using a webbing loop that makes up the Beaded Handle (same found in otaon devices). This cable is threaded through a grommet hole hidden behind the vercal front loop, up through a small slot running the length of the shoulder strap and ending behind the rear panel ap. This cable holds the cummerbund and shoulder straps in place and pulling it will release all 4 hold points.

The SHADOW and STALKER plate carriers are available in Small, Medium, Large and X-Large to accommodate the needs of the end user. Normally sizes are in accordance with generally accepted sizing pracces such as NATO sizing. Custom Sizes and Modicaons shall also be available. Our SHADOW / STALKER averages 3.3 pounds (1.5 kilo) in weight. Each plate carrier shall be labeled in accordance with the end users nal requirements. Size and model are shown on the standard idencaon label.

III. FABRIC AND MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS Fabric used is Mil-C 43734 Class 3 1000 denier Invista Cordura with a urethane water-repellent coang. The back of both the front and back panels are covered with the same material stched to a layer of close cell (EVA) foam that helps provide both posive buoyancy (tested to hold 191 pounds / 87 kilos) and some cushioning against blunt trauma. Mil-spec #17337 webbing is used for all the straps including the shoulder strap, PALS/MOLLE webbing, snap loops, quick dump straps and the PTT loops. Mil-spec #5038 is used to tape up all seams, both external and internal on this carrier. All the nylon & acetyl hardware used are from Naonal Molding / Duraex / WooJin; an industry standard. The thread we use is the industry & military required standard; Bonded Nylon Thread, Size E (#69, T-70) Mil-T-7807 VT-295E Type 2 Class A.

IV. WARRANTIES Our plate carriers shall be warranted for ve (5) years from the date of delivery for defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from wear and tear that is not the result of defects in materials or workmanship. Other damages not covered are damage resulng from abuse, cosmec damage (such as scratched or stained fabrics) and incidental or consequenal damages, such as damage to or loss of the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of me, or similar expenses.
