In this newly created role, responsible for design, implementation and management of a product development environment. Lead cross-functional teams of internal and external content and technology experts to design, develop, and launch a portfolio of online learning products that support professional development of Head Start and Early Head Start (HS/EHS) leaders across the U.S. In the process of implementing Agile methodology for maximum efficiency and flexibility; balancing multiple and changeable funder and other stakeholder requirements, working with a distributed team of product owners, identifying inter-dependencies and priorities, and addressing technology integration challenges with federally hosted platforms and procedures.

Project Director, Innovative Technology Experiences for Students and Teachers Learning Resource Center 2003 - 2012

Directed a national resource center - funded by the National Science Foundation that used technology tools to provide technical assistance/professional development to build collaboration among, conduct research in partnership with, and disseminate promising practices from ITEST projects across the U.S. to engage students and teachers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education. Managed team of eight staff to plan for and implement technical assistance work, including providing support through a collaborative online community to 100 university grantees and dissemination of program work through web sites, publications, presentations and social media. Analyzed and directed revisions to information architecture to support project work, including a resource database for the STEM education community. Balanced the requirements of multiple stakeholders including the funder, the grantee community, senior management, and the larger STEM education community.
