You must attach original supporting documents showing the availability of these funds. If your sponsor is your home government, employer, or an international organization, submit an original official letter describing the amount of the award in place of this affidavit. Students who are self-sponsored do not need to complete this affidavit form.

Foreign currency will be converted during review of this file. NOTE: Life insurance policies, retirement accounts, Chartered Accountant statements, real estate and personal property are NOT acceptable. Salary and investments will be accepted at 50% of the current rate/value.
