The Regular Grand Lodge of Italy AA.LL.AA.MM. Declaring the Legal Authority to Establish the Most Worshipful Sunrise Grand Lodge A.F.&A.M. Most Ancient and Honorable Fraternity of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons Charter of a Grand Lodge of the State of Florida Whereas, in the course of events it becomes necessary for the betterment of the craft to truly conform to the original rites and usages of Free-Masonry and to contribute to it's reformation, and Whereas, it becomes absolutely necessary for the ofcers and members of the lodges in this State to sever their connections with the Grand Lodge of the State in which they formely held their charters of power and authority from, for the better welfare and advancement of masonry will be better promoted and the craft better protected and benetted by establishment of a Grand Lodge in the State. And whereas, Land-Marks and Masonic Laws give us the privileges and Masonic Rites whenever there areS three Warranted Lodges in a State or Territory to assemble and organize a Grand Lodge in the State of Florida . And whereas, according to the Masonic Laws of Free-Masonry that the power to organize a Grand Lodge originated from the three or more regular from three or more regular Warranted Subordinate Lodges when in convention assembled. And whereas, the charter of a Grand Lodge and for a State originates from the constituted and Subordinate Lodges that assemble in a Masonic Convention for the for the purpose of organizing a Grand Lodge for a State or Territory. Therefore, be it resolved, that we, Past Masters, Worshipful Masters, Senior and Junior Wardens of the various lodges of this State, desiring to propogate the principles of Free-Masonry and to regulate its labors by one uniform standard, do now proceed to initiate candidates in the Entered Apprentice Degree, and to pass them to the Fellow Craft Degree, and to raise them to the Sublime Degree of Master Mason, and Establish Lodges according to the Ancient Landmarks of Free-Masonry. Be it further resolved, that we the undersigned representatives of the below Warranted Grand Lodge, Namely, the M.W. Regular Grand Lodge of Italy AA.LL.AA.MM. do this 13th day of May A.D. 2013 A.'.L.'. 6013 in the city of Rome Kingdom of Italy do now adopt a resolution to grant all Sovereign Authority and Power to our Worthy Brother Eric C. Collins, as its Most Worshipful Grand Master, Robert L. Ryan, Deputy Grand Master, James Humphery, Grand Senior Warden, Stephen Sargeant, Grand Junior Warden, for the future government of this Grand Lodge, and do proceed to elect and / or appoint Grand Lodge Ofcers in Conformity of t he usages, rules and regulations of the craft.
