Handling the system the outstanding make the process more complex when the volume of data become large, as a sales process extends in size and function. No matter how many clerks are employed a stage becomes impossible to systemize such a large amount of information. It is an upgrading in the class of information processing technology. BENEFITS OF EXISTING SYSTEM System is extremely user friendly. Online help screens are provided of the user. List of values is provided wherever necessary so that not remembers anything the regarding the data entry. Necessary validation messages are given to avoid data entry errors. Backup facilities are provided security of data. The programs are developed in structure manner.

3. SYSTEM DESIGN

The first step in system design is to design the input and output within predefined guidelines. In input design user originated inputs are converted to a computer-based format. It also includes determining the record media, method of input, speed of capture, and entry into the system. In output design the emphasis is on producing a hard copy of the information requested, or displaying the output on a CRT screen in a predefined format. 3.1 INPUT DESIGN In information systems the input data are entered according to the format, which is already. Inaccurate input data are the most common cause of errors in data entry. These can be controlled by proper input design. Input design is a process of converting user organized inputs to a computer based format input data are controlled and organized into groups of similar data. The goal of designing input data is to make data entry as easy, logical & free from errors as possible in visual basic input design is made through forms.

3.2 OUTPUT DESIGN Computer output is the most vital and direct source of information to the user. A clear-cut output design improves the system relationships with the user and helps in decisionmaking. A major form of output is a hard copy from the printer. The printout should be designed around the output requirements of the user. In addition to deciding on the output devices, the system analyst should also perform the editing of the final printout. The task of output preparation is critical, requiring skill and ability to align user requirements with the capacities of the system in operation. The output of the project is done in such a way that one can view unalterable values of all the records through the forms on the monitor. Navigation is also provided such that one can traverse from one record to another. Another method is also provided which will enable the user to view the current record entered in different forms as reports and take a printout of the currently typed record. An application is successful only when it can produce efficient reports. The reports generated must be useful to management and future reference. For the user and management, reports provide a source of information. Reports also provide a permanent hardcopy of transactions occurred. Careful consideration has to be given in designing as it helps in decision making. Reports show the monthly and yearly details of the organization. The reports are very essential to obtain a well-structured project.

3.3 SOFTWARE SPECIFICATION

Visual Basic 6.0 Front end:

Microsoft Visual Basic is probably one of the easiest computer programming languages that are available on the market. It is quick, easy, and fun to use with very visual interfaces you can see what you are building as you build it instead of worrying about placements using old-fashioned source code. Graphical user interface or GUI S has revolutionized the microprocessor industry. Advantages of visual basic 6.0
Visual basic 6.0 is the most productive tool for creating high-performance Enterprise web-based applications. VB 6.0 integrated visual database tools and new data environment designer can Visually design oracle and Microsoft SQL server database and create reusable data. Access queries- all without leaving the visual basic environment. Highly interactive WebPages can be programmed as easily as a visual basic form with the new dynamic HTML page designer. New features are gained in visual basic team development and scalability with the following. Microsoft visual source safe 6.0 Visual modeler Microsoft SQL server 6.5 developer edition Microsoft transaction server

Microsoft Internet Information server Microsoft message queue server

Microsoft Access Backend Microsoft Access is considered to be the most recent version of software, which has added tables that have hyperlink data type, which requires to Html. The basic features of MS Access is that it supports data access object and OLE client support even programmable, security support for multi instance forms have become a major attitude for access software access allows the user to create special lightweight forms that load even faster because of small code behind them that there is no need to create of automize both menus and forms. The features of MS Access are: Large data management capacity Access has visual basic integrated development environment Menus and toolbar are completely programmed using the command bar collection and command bar collection. Access forms load and execute order Microsoft access is a relation database system and it is a set of two dimensional table

4.CONCLUSION:
As this project comes in our Academic curriculum and due to limited availability of time, the project tittles Pharmacy Management had been restricted to a limited area of study. We have extremely completed the project with full functionality and ease of use to the user. So that the user can implement our system. The transactions processing system project can still be enhanced to include many features. The coding is done a simplified and easy to understand manner so that any other team that would like to work on and enhance the project, can do so without facing much difficulty. The documentation will also assist in the process as it has also been carried out in a simplified and concise way. Finally I would like to thank all those who were behind the successful completion of the project.
