THDB SPRAY HANK YARN DYEING MACHINE

TEXLINK THDB is most suitable for process hank naked silk, single-spun yarn, spun rayon, mercerized yarn, spun silk yarn, real silk, cashmere such as bleaching, boiling, dyeing, rinsing, after-treatment. The available-in length of spray pip for hanging yarn is 1180. The max. length we can offer is 1350 . Specially designed low energy consumption, low lift, but high flow rate mixed flow pump offers even dyeing without spots or lousiness. The features will not be changed when at high temperature. New module flow spray pipe can concentrate dye liquor at the top, thus the yarn will absorb the dyestuff to full for 100% even dyeing result. The friction between the yarns after floating and the pipes is very small to avoid the damage to the surface of the yarns. The new spraying pipe, dyeing pipe and the yarn overturning device is integrated into an organic whole, thus prevent the dyed yarn from inter winding or knotting. The yarn after dyeing can be easily unloaded for low loss. Specially designed water yield adjustor for free adjusting of water as the dyeing capacity, yarn counts, or type. Machine body is made of high quality corrosion resistant SUS-304/321 stainless steel. The spraying pipe is made of highly corrosion resistant SUS-316L stainless steel. High efficient stainless steel mixed stirrer, heating, liquor returning, rinsing and cleaning devices. Additions tank with mixing stirrer, heating, liquor returning, rinsing and cleaning devices. Reliable PLC process controller controls spray pipes turning direction. Level indicator. Special tool for yarn loading, unloading and spray pipe rinsing. Inspection window.
