Payment: NET CASH WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY ORDER.
Biil and tender to date when all import requirements and governmental regulatons have been satisfied. Seller is
obliged to give Buyer five (5) business days free time on dock. For warehouse delivery, Seller to give Buyer 2
weeks and/or unexpired privileges. Free time to be calculated from but not including date of tender.
Rulings: Till.: "Rulings on Coffee Contracts" of the Green Coffee Association of New York City, Inc., in effect on the date this
cootract is made are incorporated for all purposes as a part of this agreement, and together herewith, constitute the
entire contract. No variation or addition hereto shall be valid unless signed by the parties to the contract.
Se:Jer guarantees that the terms printed on the reverse hereof, which by reference are made a part hereof, are
idc:ntical with the terms as printed in the By-Laws and Rules of the Green Association of New York City,
Inc., heretofore adopted. If No Pass-No Sale tenns are stipulated, Section 5 (h) shall not be applicable.
