AXC Integration to NetAct

Please follow the procedure as bellow, to integrated the AXC into NetAct. Before we start, we have to ensure that DCN/ O&M IuB is connected.

Identify the problem site that not integrated in to NetAct. From NetAct --> Administration --> Login to Software Manager (Choose AXC & RNC). Find the missing AXC on it.

Collect all related informations (i.e. RUKOKRAJABAMW) WBTS Name : RUKOKRAJABAMW WBTS ID WAM IP AXC IP RNC RNC ID : 143 : 10.172.160.137 : 10.172.160.141 : RAJAWALI : 101

Troubleshooting procedure, divide in to two parts; AXC & NodeB and NetAct/ OSS. A. AXC & NodeB Troubleshooting 1. Login to AXC put the correct parameters (IOR String, WBTS ID, RNC ID, AXC ID, NTP server). Login to AXC --> From Element Management -->Nokia AXC Manager C2.6

Thick Connection to Remote Host --> put the AXC IP (User: Nemuadmin, password: nemuuser)

Go to Menu Configuration --> Management Protocol

From System Information --> Modify On this sample, we got wrong IDs of AXC & WBTS

Put the correct data (the value of AXC ID and WBTS ID are number only , without 0 zero as a prefix, i.e. 041, will be 41)

The correct information as shown as the picture bellow:

Take a look into Registration Services (high light it then Modify)

The IP address for Cluster 1 Jabodetabek area is 10.2.241.152. From the picture bellow it shown using wrong IOR string/ connected to other server.

From Registration Services --> click Add -->

Click From File --> select the correct IOR String

The correct IP for cluster 1 will shown as bellow:

Put the correct Intervals and Periods as shown bellow. Then press OK and Send

High light the New IOR --> Take Into Use Next

Click Refresh --> Shutdown --> Restart and refresh the AXC up to Old IOR will be on None state. Then Remove it

Press Refresh --> Shutdown --> Restart up to the state of new IOR string on Active,Next state.

Check the NTP Server is OK. From Menu --> IP --> System Time --> thick Use Network Timing Servers --> Remove --> add (put the correct IP, for RNC RAJAWALI: 10.172.188.5). The status should be OK

From AXC tab --> Identification --> put System Name as WBTS Name

Login to WBTS --> From Element Management -->Nokia WCDMA BTS Site Manager

Put the WAM IP, user name & password ( Nemuadmin:nemuuser)

Go to menu --> Configuration --> Commissioning Wizard --> Reconfiguration Commissioning

Click Next --> up to BTS Id. Ensure that the ID is correct.

B. Topology uploads from NetAct. 1. Desktop --> Top Level User Interface --> 3G Network

2. From Menu --> Utils --> Topology Upload (NWI3) --> enter : NE-RNC-101 then click y --> enter (wait until finish) Note : NE-RNC-101 (for RNC RAJAWALI) NE-RNC-102 (for RNC SIMATUPANG) NE-RNC-103 (for RNC BUARAN)

3. Go to Configuration --> CM Operation Manager --> Upload New Upload

3. Select the AXC tab --> choose RNC and WBTS --> put any Name --> Start --> wait until finish

C. From Software Manager we can see the Integrated AXC. DL the AXCSW. 1.From Software Manager --> choose AXC --> RNC --> Network Elements (RUKOKRAJABAMW) --> New Task --> download --> AXC2.7 --> Start Task
