WHY THIS MATERIAL?

On the last 50 years of individual, national and international world magic of football, everybody is talking about the game, the competitions, the winner, the champions, but not How they get there? Direct and indirect in the last 12 world cups I was interested to know the SO CALLED SECRET OF PERFORMANCE FOOTBALL? I realized after 50 years that there is not a MAGIC FORMULA TO PLAY AND WIN A GAME/COMPETITIONS! THERE IS A SCIENCE, AN ART AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP! So, we were interested how they won and becomes champions: direct in the field, through TV, Media, FIFA Technical Reports, FIFA conferences, etc), but the most Important for me has been & it is very important is HOW THEY PREPARED AND REALIZED THE PERFORMANCE AND WIN! I have been blessed to know, study, following the super-stars players, but for me the interest was on the so called secrets of football magic performances, studding, and Knowing super-stars coaches: I met and study: H. Herrera, Valcaregio, Enzo Bearzot, Helmut Schon, Michels, Bobby Robson, Lobanovsky, Arigo Sachi, Aime Jaques, Carlos Alberto Parraira, Marcello Lippi, Luiz-Felips Scolary, Stefan Kovacs with who I had the honore and chnace to work as his assistant as the Romanian Football Federation between 1978 - 1983, etc as well as some of the scientists-super-stars as: Nicolla Commuci, Dr. Fino Fini, Paul Frantz, Joseph Mercier, Allan Wade, Charles Hughes, etc..and more recently coaches impressed me: Ferguson, Arsene Wagner, Ancelloti, Benize, Goardiola, Mourinho, etc To process of studying was included: researching, evaluate, diagnose and analyzing, comparing and coming to the conclusion, in a non-stop marathon of over 50 years of life dedicated to football: .

1. Modern Concept of Performance (A new Taxonomy of Football at the beginning of the 21st Century)
Direct and indirect involved in football, we passed in the last 50 years through various stages of football development In this regard, we need to recognize and present some professional points of view, which are made in two life: The presentations algorithm is simple and coming from thee dimensional performance main pints of view:

Observation
The Model of Champions The National FA Concept What about the Coaches Performance Concept?

2. THE WORLD PERFORMANCE ARE DONE DUE TO THE THREE MAJOR FACTORS: 1. GENETIC CODE 2. TECHNOLOGY & METHODOGOLY; & 3. LAWS OF THE GAME
The first question the coaches must ask is simple: What are the factors they have to take into consideration in order to obtain Performance (as coaches) and as with any Players, Teams, Clubs of National Teams?
N r 1. The world performance are the results of 3 major factors: 1.1. Know and Influence the Genetic Code; of the players, coaches and support staff; Observations To be influenced

3. FOOTBALL IS AT THE BEGINNING OF 21st CENTURY: 1. International in his content of performance; 2. National in his form of manifestation; 3. Individual in his practical Implementation
Football is already recognized as International educational, sport & social Phenomenon and way of life for million of staff & players, communities, companies, in more than 208 countries. In this regard, FIFA represents a new UNITED NATIONALS IN FOOTBALL, So in our concept, Football is:

4. THERE IS A WINNING FORMULA?

The most exciting professional football specialists debate is the Winning Formula adopted by all National Football Associations, according to many national Football Culture Characteristics. We simplify the Winning Formula for every national FA Based on the three-Dimensional performance factors
