TLK 200 - NO AUTOCENTRANTE

Caractersticas Importantes Momento torsor medio alto - Amplia tolerancia - Facilidad de montaje y desmontaje
Montaje: Limpiar las superficies de contacto del eje y de la maza. Aplicar sobre las mismas una ligera pelicula de
aceite. Insertar el cono de acoplamiento en el agujero de la maza, insertar el eje y luego apretar los tornillos hasta poner
en contacto el anillo interno con el eje y el anillo externo con la maza. Luego apretar los tornillos en forma gradua y
uniforme hasta la cupla indicada.
Atencin: No usar bisulfuro de molibdeno u otras grasas dado que reducen notablemente el coeficiente de friccin.
Desmontaje: Aflojar los tornillos de cierre. Normalmente con esta operacin se produce el desbloqueo. En caso
contrario dar unos ligeros golpes de martillo sobre los tornillos desbloqueados para liberar el cono de presin posterior.
Tolerancias: Una buena terminacin de torneado es suficiente, pero mantener las siguientes tolerancias.
Tolerancia mxima admisible para TLK-200:
eje h11 maza H11
Tolerancia mxima admisible para TLK-110 y 10:
eje h8 maza H8
Centrado: El modelo TLK 200 no es autocentrante. La concentricidad de la maza respecto al eje, depende
tolerancia de la gua de centrado y de su longitud.

Desplazamiento: Durante el apriete de los tornillos, no se produce ningun desplazamiento axial entre el eje y la maza.

Calculo del dimetro mnimo de la maza D

La presin de contacto PM existente entre el anillo exterior del cono de

acoplamiento y la maza genera una solicitacin.
Para el clculo del dimetro mnimo de la maza DM es vlida la frmula usada
normalmente para cilindros huecos de gran espesor. En funcin de la longitud y de la forma de
la maza respecto a la dimensin L 1 del cono de bloqueo, la solicitacin real

cambia. Debe considerarse un factor C en funcin del tipo de aplicacin,

segn puede observarse en las figuras siguientes.
