Introducton
General Area Topc: Media Planning - Effect of Organsatonal Employee Apprasal on Clents satsfacton. (A case study of MTN Ngera, Globacom Ngera and Etsalat Ngera). Sgnfcance of the Study: Since many business organisations and more pricisely, telecommunication industries now compete for the attention of clients, it becomes more imperatve for each of the network providers to strategize more effeciently so as to have edge over other competing network providers. Organisational employee appraisal importantly and adequately provide, and prepare a stage for quality service delivery and perfomance which in turn improves the clients satisfaction and more profit-making room for the organization. The study will comprise of some organizational appraisal and customer related theories. The study will not impossibly be useful to relevant business organizations and to be more precise, marketing department/unit of the contemporary manufacturing organisations. The study, besides providing valuable and resourceful data on the employee high quality performance and clients satifaction, would add to the available contemporary literature on its subject matter after completon. Scope of the Study: The study will cover some randomly selected clients in the the three largest and most influential ethnic groups in Ngera, Hausa, Igbo and Yoruba. It will as well undoubtedly collect data from the three telecom industries listed above to observe pertinent organizational appraisal systems adopted by each of them. It will focus on prepaid product charges and value being derived by clents.

Ths study will comprise of tehniques of data collection. It consists of the research design, study population, sample, instrument used, administration of the research instrument or procedure and treatment of data.

Research Desgn
Ths study wll adopt a descrptve type of research. The survey procedure here wll enable the gatherng of nformaton from a representatve sample of the populaton and to descrbe stuaton as they naturally exst.

Reseach Instrument
The source of data collecton n ths study wll be questonnare. The quetonnare wll be desgned solely for those who have puchased and used the products covered n the research. The subject wll represent the man respondent of ths study. The quetonnare wll consst of three dfferent sectons wth frst focusng on the demographcal dataof respondents whle the second secton wll focus on the transacton level of the clents and network provders. The thrd secton wll comprse of the relatonshp between the nformaton gathered from each organzaton on employee apprasal and clents product satsfacton.

Populaton, populaton sze and Samplng Procedure


The study populaton wll cut across dfferent demographc categores. The occupaton, and economc actve ages between 18 and above of clents n the three ethnc regons wll be used.

The subjects that wll be used n the study wll comprse of three hundred males and three hundred females. The sample sze wll be sx hundred resdents/respondents of the sample locatons altogether. The respondents wll be selected randomly n ther places of work and resdences. Sequel to ths, t s antcpated that the samplng technque adopted here would provde the relevant varety of backgrounds requred for ths type of research.
